“We stopped here on our way out of town to use coupons we received during a parade. Between having multiple coupons and having never been to Biggby before, I had a lot of questions. We probably should have gone to the counter instead of using the drive through, but we had a kid in a carseat and a dog in the car. Amelia answered all of my questions - I don't know that anyone else would have been as helpful or thorough. She was definitely one of the most joyful people I have ever encountered, and she was ecstatic to give our dog a pup cup :)The only reason I docked a star is because they were out of bagels. What coffee place just runs out of bagels for an entire day?“

“We had a large group to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday morning I had communicated with the restaurant in advance to let them know we were coming and they were absolutely amazing In taking care of us! Everyone was very happy with their food choices & order, our server couldn't have been more attentive if she tried, so kind, efficient and helpful. Antonio checked in with us to see if everything was fine (everything was much more than fine) and gave special attention to our birthday guest. Food was prepared and delivered in a perfect time frame. We were thrilled with our experience here and look forward to visiting again soon & often! “First impressions: After opening the steely front door of the Marketplace you are quickly enveloped in an intense gust of wind that leaves behind three notable impressions. Initially you are swept away by the sudden relief from the outdoor onslaught of temperature, whether that be in the form of refreshing AC in the summer or the toasty heat in the winter. You haven't even processed this yet when the subtle notes of a fresh brew of coffee from Starbucks begin to tug on your wallet, long before you could ever dare say no. The last brush stroke of our conglomeration of sensation, the bright yellow sign that cry's out to your eyes, and more importantly your stomach from the Which Wich sandwich shop.“

“It’s so nice to have a locally owned coffee shop that serves freshly made beverages and delicious pastries. The owner and staff are super friendly. The seating is comfortable with areas for work and family. Even today there is a sweet family of 5 sitting on couches playing a card game together. ❤️ This is a great place to meet for business or pleasure.“

“Love, love, love Byron Center Nutrition! Their nutritional shakes, energy/collagen teas, breakfast oatmeal and delicious protein bites are amazing!! Their shakes taste regular malts at an ice cream shops…the only difference is that these shakes are high protein, low sugar, low calories and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from! I highly recommend Byron Center Nutrition and the owners Dana and Dana are wonderful!!“

This location is always busy so if you're in a hurry for lunch, you might want to use their app to order ahead... It's a very good app. They also have an actual drive thru pickup here.

Staff here are always pleasant and efficient.

You know what Panera is .. if that's what you're in the mood for, this is a good location.

Parking: Sometimes at peak traffic parking may be a little tight.

My favorite place to grab a latte.The quality, in my subjective opinion, exceeds Starbucks, Biggby et al.Latte's are served nice and hot, numerous flavors to try and choice of milk & toppings.The sweets they offer are all only $ 2.25 and are scrumptious (I've tried nearly all of them)!Service is impeccable and both ladies are wonderful to chat with.They have a "frequent buyer" punch card and the prices are, on average, $2-3 less than Starbucks.My all-time favorite coffee shop and even if I didn't live close by, I'd be making special trips to come back!“

“They are all always friendly and helpful. I love when I struggle deciding and they're so patient and may even suggest something. The food is best served here compared to any other branches. They have milk alternatives and no sugar options perfect for everyone. I wish they'd always have jalapeno cheddar bagels because those are my most favorite ones.“

“Like Biggby's. Wish they still had a larger tea selection. Drinking much less coffee these days. They have reduced their tea offerings over the past several years. Prices a bit better than Star....., but still seem high. We just buy less often as a result. Still a nice coffee shop!“

“Honestly curious to know why the drive thru has been so slow lately is their training going on a shortage? I don't think you should have to wait 15 min+ for a coffee? Service used to be great here a few months ago but lately it is so so very slow. also it won't let me give them a one star on the review because I really don't recommend.“
