“We were there tonight for our first time. It was packed and while we were told it could be a 20-25 minute wait, we were seated in 5 minutes. Emily was our waitress. She was great! Checked in on us often and was super friendly. I ordered the Korean BBQ wings. Delicious! My fiancé ordered the Chicken Alfredo. We’ve ordered this at many places and this was one of the best! Buttery noodles with the Alfredo sauce and the chicken was seasoned perfect! We will definitely go back.”

Someone stole our daughters brand new tablet when we were not looking and the staff immediately jumped into action and found and confronted the thief and got it back to us. “This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! Thanks for being wonderful, lovely people, Baldwin & Main baristas!”

“I don't think anyone at subway knows what the rewards card is anymore any time my husband swipes it they think its a gift card and he has to swipe it a second time and they've never given him the option to use his rewards.
At this location I was disappointed in how much dressing was put on my sub. It was way more than I wanted. I told her it was enough and she put 2 more thick rows. The mustard was so heavy it was all I could taste and I struggled to eat it.”

“So, we live in an app world where you Order everything in advance and it’s ready and waiting for you when you get to drive-through. The ordering process was fine, the order was correct, and the donut holes tasted fine. No complaints.”

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.”

They were having quite a night and were over seated for our reservation, but Sierra was fantastic and made sure we got our seats as fast as she could, and even came back to check on us several times and was very friendly. Brett, our server, went above and beyond, was super busy, but made sure to take good care of us! I’d definitely go back just because of these two! Great food was the bonus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
