This place is a great little find—the kind that instantly makes you want to bring friends back with you. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, perfect for everyone, with both indoor and outdoor seating that sets the tone for a memorable visit.

I’ve eaten here several times now, and every single experience has been consistently amazing. The service alone is reason enough to come in—but if you want the best experience, ask for Jake. Jake is the kind of server every restaurant dreams of: attentive, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does.

Let’s talk drinks first. I ordered my signature espresso martini, and wow—Jake nailed it. I’ve had many martinis over the years, and this one easily ranks among the best. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and executed with confidence.

Now the food. If you’re questioning what to order, —get the burger. Cooked to absolute perfection at medium-rare, juicy, flavorful, and everything a burger should be. And then there are the chips… unreal. Crispy, addictive, and honestly worthy of their own fan club. I’d eat those chips 24/7 without hesitation.

Bottom line: incredible food, top-tier service, and a fun atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Sit in Jake’s section, order the espresso martini, get the burger—and thank me later. This place deserves the hype.”

Not only do they get a custard treat with their meal, they can save points for cool prizes. “This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! “I don't think anyone at subway knows what the rewards card is anymore any time my husband swipes it they think its a gift card and he has to swipe it a second time and they've never given him the option to use his rewards.
At this location I was disappointed in how much dressing was put on my sub. It was way more than I wanted. I told her it was enough and she put 2 more thick rows. The mustard was so heavy it was all I could taste and I struggled to eat it.”

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.”

They were having quite a night and were over seated for our reservation, but Sierra was fantastic and made sure we got our seats as fast as she could, and even came back to check on us several times and was very friendly.
