“I lived in the south for a few years, and I've had a hard time finding places in the midwest with good fried chicken. Rika's is the best fried chicken I've had since I left Tennessee in 2019. It's a low-key family owned restaurant with decent prices and amazing chicken“

“Nice clean restaurant with great customer service I wasn't very impressed with my grill sandwich and the shack machine wasn't working on a hot day when that's what I really wanted on the bright side the waffle fries where hot and fresh and the cookies where good“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you“

“Arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Friday. They ran out/didn't want to make more of the tenders and coleslaw. The employees were nice and apologetic and replaced the missing items with comparable sides but there were 4 cars behind us so they would have been better off making another batch.“
