That is my go to spot when I want a top of the line fresh burger yes can be busy, But it’s definitely worth the wait. I have never gotten my order wrong or the wrong order for that matter. The staff is good. They are friendly, funny great sense of humor. I’ve been going there for years and I’ll still keep going. It’s a great place. If you want something from outside of the ordinary, it’s grilled and deep fried right there. “I don't like eating in my car but I LOVE eating at the drive-up A&W in Berkley. Most of the time I park and order/eat at the small tables on the west side of the building. Typically I get the Papa Burger and a foot long hot dog. I ALWAYS get a mug of root beer. There is nothing quite like a tall, ice-cold mug of A&W root beer straight out of the tap. I think it is the cane sugar which tastes like my childhood. It never disappoints and always delivers on good feelings. “I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!

“It has been a long time since I went to a fast food restaurant drive-through, and I give this establishment 10 stars from the time I pulled up the young lady greeted me with a smile and said hello. Her demeanor was so pleasant and friendly and once I reach the young man to pay for my order, same exact attitude, wonderful, and even informed me because I had my fur baby with me that this Chick-fil-A had pet treats once I arrived up at the window. The gentleman spoke and passed my order and told me to have a good day by that time. The young man that I had paid came up, went inside and gave me the dog treat this attitude and demeanor should be done at all restaurants. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A and Southfield and you all keep up the good work thank you. and the drive-through was quick. I did not sit long once again thank you for a wonderful experience.“

No one was in line but two people were waiting for their order when i arrived. I placed my order at 1:37 pm. I ordered 1 mini cheese burger with everything except mushrooms. Total was $9.95. I got my sandwich order at 1:50 pm. Two people that ordered after me got theirs before me. I respect that everything is cooked fresh.

“I've gone to this location three times now. I've been to other locations and the experience has been poor. This Dixie location, is the best one out there! The staff is nice. The store is clean. The food is made with love whether it be eat in or take out. Sometimes the chicken sandwich tender can be too small, more chicken nugget than tender. The cheese curds are also not enough portion or size for the price. The fries have enough seasoning, the ranch is delicious, the burger is put together well. We love eating here!

Had ordered sauce for the kids meal, ranch and marinara for cheese sticks and asked for Arby's and Horsey Sauce. They only gave me one thing or marinara and forgot the rest. Was too busy to drive back around and the door had been locked. But the male cashier was really nice!! A women ran out tye order and while polite, just quickly took off before I could ask her for the rest. Obviously not a huge deal and maybe they were busy, but I more thinking they trying to close up, which I understand as I worked at a bar until 2am for a long time. That said, it was prior to 9pm so fairly early. Overall I for the most part get great food and great service from this location. Perhaps just an off day ?“
