We often make small changes (add this topping, leave this one off) and add extra ranch or other sauces to our order. They get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever is running this Jet’s store is doing a fabulous job and has A+ employees.“

“I love pizza, and why wouldn't I, cause I'm Italian. I originally tried Sbarro out of convenience and quick service. Pizza by the slice has always been really good. One visit I decided to take a chance at ordering the spaghetti. WOW... I WAS AMAZED!!! Then, I got more adventurous at my next visit and started adding their meatballs and I was SUPER IMPRESSED!! The sauce was OUTSTANDING AND LEGIT!! I mean Grandma herself couldn't have made this any more delicious, tasteful, and flavorful. Spaghetti and meatballs is now a "standard" every 2-3 weeks I visit. Toss in a few of the best ever breadsticks cteated on Earth and even someone who is a skeptic will become a TRUE BELIEVER! I even request for additional sauce to sop up with my breadsticks and the staff is always happy to ablige. I'm being 150% completely honest when I say my pallet, tastebuds, and that little vouce inside my head calls out "FORCING ME BACK" to Sbarro's for more spaghetti and meatballs every few weeks. Skip Cheescake Factory, Carrabba's, and even Olive Garden! In my travels for outstanding Spaghetti, Meatballs, superior sauce and breadsticks that knock your socks off...Sbarro's is my place of choice.“

The breadsticks we ordered for an appetizer were fresh and fluffy, and the Gnocchi Alla Russo was bright and rich. “Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

About 14 minutes ago, I got a call from a GR number and ignored it .... because ROBO CALLS all the time..... I got a voicemail from James @ Jet’s trying to determine if my order was for tonight (since I forgot to change delivery time to tomorrow 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) or for tomorrow. In his voicemail he mentioned that since we usually order on Mondays, he’s going to assume it’s for tomorrow unless I call back. How many companies would go through that trouble??? Or even remember their regular clients?? I’m impressed. 👏🏼👏🏼“

“Their New York style pizza crust was a pretty good take on NY pizza, but the rest of the pie was not NY. I am not from NY but have spent my share of time on nybpizza quests in all 5 boros. This pie way too much of the mozzarella they brag about that was loaded on a sauce that has ZERO to do with the basil/ fennel sweetness of a NY pie. To serve a NY pie, you can't use a detroit sauce and it is essential to use a blend of cheeses instead of overdoing the mozzarella to the point of being the rubbery schmotz we received. Place was clean, phone order was efficient and our pies were ready when we arrived. As for detroit style pizza?... it's not my thing. In a pinch I would go to a jets again for cleanliness, service, and great attitude... but the food is not my fave“
