“Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I've lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you'll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won't have to wait 20 minutes. They're always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.“

“There is a manager at this location. Her name is Kelsey. My youngest is on the spectrum and we’ve gone to multiple locations for the Minecraft toys. Most of them looked annoyed by me asking and she was so kind and understanding. She deserves a raise. A promotion. She treats people amazing and has great customer service. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. “The most kid friendly coffee shop in the Toledo area! They have so many high chairs. They have a separate room that has toys that helps keep my daughter entertained while I work! As a work from home mom this place has truly been a game changer for me. The staff is so friendly! “This is honestly one of my favorite places in the Toledo area. The coffee drinks they sell are amazing. As far as tabletop gaming goes, I'm a casual but I feel more comfortable in this establishment than I do just about anywhere else. “I've been a loyal customer for over 2 -3 yrs now. My favorite is the blenders coffee. Tutler and caramelicious blender. The only issue is the taste, at times depending on who makes it. Can be flat not right taste taste. I think they doesn't put the right amount of the syrup that's required sometime I will take it back sometimes. And sometimes I don't cause they just throw it away. But these drinks are not cheap I want the right consistency in my coffee so I can enjoy it. I also get the extra large sometimes I drink It all sometimes I don't so freeze it and it is still great.
