“There is a manager at this location. Her name is Kelsey. My youngest is on the spectrum and we’ve gone to multiple locations for the Minecraft toys. Most of them looked annoyed by me asking and she was so kind and understanding. She deserves a raise. A promotion. She treats people amazing and has great customer service. I thank her for her kindness . People like this should be cherish and shown appreciation in the company.“

“Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I've lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you'll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won't have to wait 20 minutes. They're always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.“

“I’ve always loved Maddie & Bella for their delicious drinks and cozy atmosphere. Today, a coffee cart vendor canceled on me last minute for a company celebration event. I wanted to still provide employees with a delicious locally owned option so I placed large to go orders at M&B Perrysburg for pretty much first thing in the morning. “Stopped in on a fall-like windy night. It was cozy inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

The atmosphere there is amazing everybody is always so friendly and ready to help you get a drink to make your day the best it can be. I love that they are always willing to help me find something new to drink when I want to try something new but not sure what to get. They love talking to my kiddos when they order for themselves. And they always take the extra initiative to make sure our orders are up to par!“

“Let’s face it- A Dunkin’ Donuts is a Dunkin’ Donuts. You don’t usually expect anything to stand out. The donuts were as good as they usually are. However, the service this time was exceptionally pleasant. “Cafe Donuts single handedly saved the day for our child’s donut theme breakfast birthday. We discovered that Krispy Kreme was just… closed despite placing a pick up order earlier in the week for this. This was at 9 AM and we had no treats for a party! We called cafe donuts in a panic- we had 60 people to feed! By 10:00 AM, we had 200 freshly made donut holes and four dozen raised glazes with sprinkles to match our theme still a bit warm from the fryer on our party table- even including a special donut with multicolored sprinkles in a box labeled “happy birthday!” The person picking up said every employee was working impressively quickly to get this order out the door in under 30 minutes from phone call to car! My frantic husband even noted that the manager was calm and collected when he was definitely not, suggesting the right number of donuts and types! I cannot express how extraordinary their customer service is. We already loved their donuts anyway, but I have to say I don’t know that we’ll ever go to another bakery in Toledo besides Cafe after this day saving experience!“

Elijah (spell check lol) took my order as we has a great conversation at the same time. After that she said my order will be up in a moment and HAPPY BIRTHDAY you’re all set!! It’s my 50th birthday and I was bummed I missed it but they took care of me! All of the employees were so nice and we have a great pic that I posted!
