“Came to the food court sad and tired after I missed a return date on my clothes, guy called me over for a sample of his shawarma and I really liked it. He then threw a piece of bread on the ground because a bird had gotten in the food court and the bird swooped down and ate it. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap with hummus and it tasted like probably one of the best shawarmas I’ve ever eaten, the bread pair amazingly with the freshly made hummus aswell next time I’m at Oakland mall I’ll definetly head over to golden chicken, made my day much better.“

Also enjoyed the Wisconsin cheese curds, they were so good. The frozen custard was delicious, also my first time trying, I got a pint of chocolate and vanilla and I thought both were delicious. We got there and it looks like they built or completely updated the whole place, inside and out.. It looks great! and was super clean. The staff greeted all customers as they entered. Again staff was amazing but the AI has trouble with delivering the correct order. Sliders and sides were better than the greenfield location but the fries were missing salt all together. “I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!

“I need to single out employee #532, one miss Zaniah at the West Davison location specifically for her outstanding customer service, support & demeanor. White Castle stops are unfortunately hit or miss sometimes, but we know what we sign up for in fulfillment of The Crave.

As far as I'm aware it was just this young woman and whomever was cooking back there. Between the two of them and with a line wrapped around the building, not only did orders get out in a timely & reasonable fashion, not despite the requirements of her duties on such a long day, she *still* handled them with friendly professionalism & grace befotting not only herself as a person I do not know personally, but any company fortunate to employ her as she could only be a positive.

Whatever concerns, complaints or issues I may have had or even wanted to have were completely irrelevant, specifically because of how gracefully Employee #532 conducting themselves while on your clock. Outside of that, my good and order was cooked to perfection, my wait was not long at all & it was honestly refreshing to receive customer service as pleasant as theirs.
