Fast Food Restaurants near Lenox

“Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. It’s a hard one to explain, since I have been to so many fast food drive-throughs in my life. Tonight was so very different. The first person I interacted with had a sense of humor (Surprising, especially since the drive-through line was so long.) But the best part was a female in the background (helping with orders) echoing his humor. I don’t remember the exact words exchanged, but as I was waiting, felt like I was being treated to a comedy show. The two of them sounded like they were having so much fun! When I arrived at the window to pick up my order they handed it to me with a smile. I’m writing this because, in today’s world, what I experienced tonight is rare. I am quite sure these employees do not make a living wage. And yet, they show up at Burger King WITH a sense of humor! Thank you to all of you who show up with a smile. ✨“

“Location was a little unkempt. Workers seemed hurried even though the store was slow, but the lunch rush probably just ended. When our order was ready, a worker SCREAMED our order name out super loud to an empty dining room, which was weird. Food was fresh and prepped well, but my wife tacos were ordered to add sour cream, but they "Supreme" them, adding tomatoes as well and she had to pick them off.

Still, this seems to be one of the better taco bells I've been to in a while. They have all gone down hill, and I suspect as this one gets older, it will too. Taco Bells glory days are long behind them - the drive for profit over everything has killed these restaurants and I would bet we will be hearing about store closing soon.“

“I love savvy sliders! Their custard shakes are delicious as well as the chicken tenders. I did not order either this time I got the slider box. The sliders did not come in the Detroit Lions box but they still tasted good. 10 sliders for $25 is a good deal!“

“I can't say enough good things about this Arby's! Last week, I picked up an online order through the drive-thru and an item was missing. I called and the manager, Davontae, was so incredibly kind and apologetic. I didn't want to come back so he took my name so that it could be replaced the next time I came in. I stopped in today and actually met Devontae and saw first hand how his staff was working and acting. I was so impressed with him, the staff, their attention to detail, and even the cleanliness of the store and restroom! To be honest, I had stopped coming to this location years ago because it had really gone down hill, but it has definitely made a huge comeback. Please give them a try and if you're a hard working, team player, you might want to apply here and see if you're a good fit. This team takes pride in what they do and it shows. Sometimes mistakes happen, but it's how you handle them that shows your character. Devontae and this team would get 10 stars from me!“

“I love this place, the staff there is awesome . They had Naruto playing on the dining room TV. And the food of course was just phenomenal because it's White Castle I got the 20 suitcase of half burgers half cheeseburgers, and two sacks of fries .
It was all Excellent.“

“Very quick service. Was a little disappointed in the steak nuggets. Had heard good things online about them but I found them a little underwhelming. Mozzarella sticks were on point like they always are at Arby's. This was my first time at this Arby's and the service was quick and the restaurant was very clean and updated.“
