“I am convinced this is one of the best Subway locations, possibly in existence. The staff is so fun and kind, the restaurant is clean, and the food is fresh. I go out of my way to go to this location, partly because of those reasons, and also because they don't mix the teriyaki sauce with their chicken. Some locations do that and it does not have the same quality of taste. Well done!“

“The workers at this location are absolutely phenomenal. I ordered and payed for a double quarter pounder and received a single. I called to let them know the mistake and was offered a free double quarter pounder. Can't complain about that but when I got to the speaker I was asked if I wanted to order anything and ended up with a free medium shake thrown in as well. Talk about making it right. They have gained loyalty from me and I will make this particular location a regular stop any time I'm in town, which is often. Thank you all of you workers for your caring generosity.“

“Always friendly people. Not enough people to work though for the location they are so of course they would be super busy, lined up sometimes out the door. They need to be bigger. Not very handicapped accessible.Parking: Close by parkingWheelchair accessibility: Not really much room to move around in at all.“

“I was here for breakfast last Friday (November 24th), while the restaurant wasn't super busy, it would have been nice to had more than1 waitress working, but at least she said sorry about the wait. This is a great way to lose customers. And she said she was learning the menu, so she was new. Another woman that was also serving coffee, and helped with bringing our orders. I ordered the 3, which gives you a choice of either 3 hotcakes or french toast. I ordered the hotcakes, which also comes with 2 sausage and 2 bacon.“

“Best Arby's in the area. I live in Hilt and the South Lansing Arby’s is actually quite a bit closer. When I go there I always have to wait twice as long and my food is never exactly right. Worth the extra time and gas to drive to Mason where they are always nice, the order is right and the food is good.“

“Time for an update to my old mixed review. These guys deserve 5 star status from me now. I’ve been going through the drive through for late night tacos a lot lately, much more than ever before, as the food has been great, and the service even better. The night manager (I hadn’t caught her name, but she might remember me as I made sure to let her know) has done an amazing job, I typically come in the last hour of being open, which I know isn’t always ideal but she always has a very positive attitude and always ensures I’m taken care of as a customer. She’s maintained this positivity while training new staff on a busy nights which I know can be stressful. the new employees have been wonderful as well! Thank you mason Taco Bell team!“

“It's a pretty good McDonald's. Nice inside, and out. The food is good, but make sure you always check your food before you swallow or even bite into it. Found this piece of plastic on the first bite of my Sausage Egg McMuffin ? favorite breakfast, not my favorite topping. ? Otherwise, I've never had any problems and I have been here multiple times as I live in town.“

“I came across a Facebook post from a fan sharing that McDonald's had a Detroit ? Lions Bundle pack. As a loyal fan, I had to have it! Not every location had them. I reached out to Lansing Foodies to help me with my pursuit! A couple of calls and two trips later, the Mason McDonald's location pulled through!Ba da da da da! We're loving it!“

“Our son was having a meltdown. We pulled into the parking lot to calm him down, and an employee (wish I got his name) saw him crying, came out, and gave us a toy and a small cup of ice cream. We were super appreciative of his gesture. Thank you!“
