“This place is a dive bar. There floors are practically dirt lol. Not really, but this place is a long way from being fancy.The place is pretty cool actually. There is plenty of seating and a little bit of memorabilia on the walls.The best part of this place is the price. The beer and food is very reasonable. “Stopped here before a concert at LCA last night - obviously busy, but wait wasn’t bad at all and we were able to get a drink at the bar and wait outside. I wish I could remember our servers name, but she was absolutely stellar! She was super friendly, funny and quick despite having a large section on a busy night. Got the shrimp tacos (AMAZING and filling - has a perfect amount of “kick”) and my husband got the hot chicken sandwich (the one small bite I was allowed was phenomenal) overall 10/10 experience!“

“The best burger (Smashburger) and french fries that I’ve ever had in one combination. Fantastic service, very reasonable prices and really nice atmosphere. But again the best Smashburger and french fries ever and I’m 64 years old so come down and enjoy.“

“I went one time. Super chill bar, very friendly bartender who treated me like a regular. I went on a Sunday afternoon weekend at like 4 pm so there weren't too many people there, but those who were displayed an extreme of characters. The smoking area in the back had a lot of tables and easy access.“

“My girlfriend and meself stopped in randomly after the Eastern Market and had one of the best meals and experience we’ve had while visiting Detroit. The Tokyo muscles were the best muscles I’ve ever had. We had a classic Bloody Mary and their hot sauce really brought some heat! We got the Carmel cookie coffee as well and that was swell as well. The environment and staff especially made the experience even better. We had Rhonda as a server and she was very pleasant and helped give us recommendations that turned out to be very tasty. Overall we were glad we chose to eat at Vivio’s and will definitely be back next time we wander to Detroit.“

“I have never been to this restaurant before. We stopped in for a quick dinner. First of all the customer service was outstanding! The waitress including the girls bringing out the food, we're awesome!! Every one of them had a smile on their face. No matter what anybody asked her for she was right on it. The food was delicious. “Hop Cat is centrally located to a lot of venues in the City (Canfield and Woodward). The vibe is relaxed and our waitress was quick and attentive. The food tasted good and came out hot and ready to enjoy. The menu has something for everyone. The beer menu is extensive. We were able to place our order quick and the food came out soon thereafter. Our reservation was honored when we arrived and were sat down immediately. We were able to snag on-street parking nearby despite the predictions of multiple events causing a parking shortage. There is plenty of paid parking nearby if needed. A great place to start before a show or other event in the Midtown/Downtown area.“

“We were supposed to celebrate my sons 21st birthday at at different establishment, but do to a technical computer error, that establishment was closed for the day. The Bierhaven was able to accommodate my large group at the last minute. The staff were great and professional and the food was amazing. After we left the restaurant, my son left cash, visa gift cards and other items behind. We didn’t realize we left these items behind. The Bierhaven found my son on Facebook and reached out to him to get these items back to him. Most places or people would have pocketed the cash and gift cards, but they didn’t. Thank you for having an honest staff crew. We appreciate it ❤️“

“This is our 2nd time here and we love it! We've been on a slow Sunday, and a busy Thursday evening. Two different experiences for sure, but each time the server was super personable and food was amazing.
The pizza is SO good! I'm from the east coast and it reminds me of pizza I had growing up...made by Italians! You can tell whoever created the menu loves food. The combinations of tastes in each dish are so satisfying and different from a lot of other places around. We definitely plan on returning a bunch!“

“Unfortunately, I had the steak chunk sandwich, on special....their name for it was a Cheesesteak sandwich...chunks of reheated old steak, with ample grizzle, without cheese...couldn't eat it...but the onion rings were great...used to love going there, but the food has dropped in quality...sad. Did get ample apologies from our waitress, and it's certainly not her fault...she did go inside, after seeing the mess on my plate...comped half the price, even with 3/4 left...oh well...thank you, I guess.“

“I could eat at celebrities bar and grill everyday! The lamb chops are great with the celebity sauce a must try you won't be disappointed. I normally get turkey chops with a side of mac n cheese and a side of yams and they never disappoint. They know what they're doing with the food so give them a try if you never had it you'll be glad you did. Only thing I wish they would change is taking orders over the phone again because it can be a nice little wait sometimes to get your food after you order in person depending on how busy they are.“
