“Adrian was awesome. Made sure we were served good food in a timely manner. There were 5 of us (4 adults and 1 10 year old grandson). We did the family pack - 10 cheeseburgers with 3 large fries and 2 liter soda. Tons of food! A great value. Thanks, Adrienn. Blessings on your business.

“Scott took my order and everything was delivered as ordered! I ordered two (2) Piece Cod Fish ? ?, six (6) Piece Shrimp ?, two (2) Hush Puppies and French Fries ?Dinners! I was Very Pleasantly Surprised ? to How G??D this Seafood Tasted! This Was a VERY GOOD MEAL ?! The Restaurant is Handicapped Accessible, the eating area was very clean and well illuminated!
Parking: The is all along the outside of the building and is Very Well Illuminated!

“We’re on a girls trip from Ohio. Went through the drive thru to keep moving fast. They were slammed! The guy who helped us was named Cory. He was exceptionally friendly and positive. We sat outside to eat and listened to him greet every single car pleasantly and happily. Awesome attitude Cory! I own a restaurant and employees who stay positive even during the slammed times are diamonds in the rough. Keep it up with yo bad ass!“

“Bought a Kids Happy Meal. They seemed content with it so I was happy too. Good amount of food that they like. Pretty good choices to pick from. Was not cold :)
Parking: The worst thing is when both drive-thru lines are filled a ways back, you cannot get past these lines to find a parking spot. OR you can't back out your parked car, because the lines are filled behind you. (Midland/Eastman Rd.) Busy

“Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.
So... I Give her five stars.“

“It's a McDonald's. But the workers here are very very nice and sweet!!! Seriously, I've never had a bad experience ordering here. One time I was having issues with the mobile app, and the staff were very helpful and patient. I have to drive from Midland to SVSU for classes and have started going to this location instead of others along the way because the service here is so much better and smoother.“

“Wendy's Bay City, MI is completely ridiculous. They find it appropriate to block the entire drivethru with their delivery truck. THE WHOLE ENTIRE DRIVETHRU. The doors are locked so you cannot even order your food. I waited 20 minutes for that truck to move. When I finally got to order the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn't wait, that I had not just waited 20 minutes. The customer service here is the worst out of all of the fast food restaurants down Euclid. I WILL NOT BE BACK. They need to learn to service their customers and not call their customer's liars.“

“It's a McDonald's, like all others. The drive-thru is pretty swift, though it can be busy at peak hours. Food is consistent. Staff are usually kind and attentive. Always double-check your order before pulling away, especially when it's busy.“

“I never really go to Taco Bell to order or pick up food, my wife does. All I know is that it's always tasty and delicious whenever I have it. That's a win in my book. Oh, and they're always coming up with something new to try out so I am content.“

“For "fast food" Chinese food...we really enjoy Panda Express, esp the honey walnut shrimp. The fried rice is very flavorful and the "plate size" is enough for 2 full meals!

Coming from the U.P., it's obvious that the care the ladies put into the care in their small franchise chain is well above the bar. The Yooper chains just cannot compare!
I would *not* recommend ordering delivery, at this time. Deliveries are handled by DoorDash, and Dashers come up out of Bay City. While I usually try to show love to my Dashers, it's a major craps-shoot whether or not your order will be delivered in a timely manner. If at all. Yes, there's a story there:
I placed a delivery order on 9/28. An hour later, I call the store to ask what's going on. The Manager tells me that no Dashers took the order. Irritating, but not world-ending. I live across from the old Deer Acres, so I go to pick up my own order. She even offered to take time out of her day to deliver it to me herself! I wasn't about to make her do that! I didn't know how busy they were.
The ladies there were absolutely the NICEST, most understanding people there at the store. They were empathetic, and apologetic (it wasn't their fault, and I knew that!) And we tag-teamed DoorDash to eventually make things right for DD 8n dropping the ball. Funny thing: the Dasher ghost-arrived just 2 minutes after I picked up my own order! 🤣🤣🤣
As for the food: The bread is phenomenal! It's not too sweet, and you can taste the actual flavors of the bread and ingredients. These ladies know how to build a sandwich!
Subway calls their employees "Artisans". These ladies really are! Dedicated mistresses to their craft. Perfect proportions of ingredients sandwiched into the bread, so not one thing is overpowering or underrepresented.
Burger King's "Have it Your Way" motto doesn't have anything on this location. Your sandwich can be built as YOU like it, to absolute perfection.
When I want something quick, easy, tasty, and I know it's done with love and care I'll be going to this small-town Subway every time! 💕💕💕“

“This has become a more regular stop for me. I have had subs from multiple places and even though subway was pretty decent until I finally went here. These subs are worth the price EVERY time. Their side of pasta is amazing as well. I love their Tuna Salad and Turkey/Bacon Subs and order them consistently. Would recommend this over almost any sub in the area.
Dietary restrictions: The Un-Which is a great substitution for many if you are looking for something even more health friendly.“

“The food was good however it was just one guy working the line, he did a great job but there was a line of at least 8 people. The other worker was in the back. I know prep has to be done too but customers come first. He did exceptional work and provided great customer service. I wish I could have helped, I used to work in a subway so I know how it is but good job to that guy he did great.“
