“Had the new chicken tenders; they're the best chicken tenders I ever had anywhere; and, the new comeback sauce is very good with them; the lady who took my order in the drive-thru was so nice and got my order perfect, which unfortunately seems to be a rarity at many FF places these days, so kudos to this KFC! “We went into Popeyes this evening around 5:30 for dinner and had excellent service. The gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful and answered many questions we had. After we received our meal and sat down in the very clean dining room, we were enjoying our meal when the same gentleman walked over to check on us and our meal. He asked us how everything was tasting and if we had enough sauces for our chicken. Overall the experience was great and we will definitely return again soon.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Finally tried the Famous Hot Chicks and I am not disappointed! BCR Sando is 10/10 and the Strawberry lemonade was FIRE. loaded fries 10/10 LOVED the hot chicks sauce and just tried the new Shrimp Sandwich - still drooling“

It’s been a while since I’ve been treated with such kind hospitality in a food place. I got the gluten free chicken tenders, green beans, and potato wedges… all delicious! The prices are amazing and so affordable too. It felt very homestyle, feel-good vibes all around.“
