“This is by far my favorite pizza place! Not only is Green Lantern my favorite pizza company, but this is BY FAR the best Green Lantern location. I have never had a bad experience with Green Lantern and never received food from this location that didn’t more than exceed my expectations. My go to is a round double pepperoni pizza with a toasted sub. Their subs are so good too; they have coleslaw on them which you would think wouldn’t work on a sub but they’re absolutely delicious. They even give you a pickle and a couple peppers with the sub. I get take out a lot but I love to dine in here once in a while. The atmosphere is great, pretty chill and relaxing. You even get free popcorn to snack on while you wait for your food and sip on a nice beer, a yummy cocktail, or even a good old glass of pop. They have the very best pepperonis ever!!! They get all toasty and crispy, they’re so good!!! Green Lantern truly is the king of pepperoni!!! To Green Lantern: You guys are the best! Keep doing what you’re doing!!!“

Unfortunately the bar service was slow so our server had to apologize 2 or 3 times for not delivering our cocktails earlier. They took quite a while. My margarita was too tart for my liking but my hubby enjoyed his (some spin on an old fashioned)

It seems the menu selections are not really for your average Mexican cuisine diner. A bit pricey for no reason at all. I probably wouldn't come here again by choice but if someone else invited me, I'd return.

My husband got the half chicken and I got the steak, both were pretty good and came with veggies and house made corn tortillas which were great for making little tacos. Use the accompanying salsas on the menu, they boost the flavor of the entrees. Parking around this place is not the easiest.“

“I have gone to the Whitney every year for Christmas dinner. It was annual holidays to celebrate with my nieces. Last Christmas holiday we chose to take the buffet. I was extremely disappointed. All I wanted was prime rib. The server was not very friendly. She stared at me and I was very uncomfortable when I asked for the prime rib only. There was just a small end piece and she gave me a very thin slice close resembling lunch meat. I don’t understand since I paid for a complete meal and it wasn’t cheap. I could’ve gone somewhere else and had a wonderful prime rib dinner. The au jous was not warm, so that was very disappointing. I will never do the buffet again if it’s like last year. In previous years, I’ve attended the buffet and it was outstanding.“

Exactly as its reputation suggests - a local, family run pub with cheap drinks, friendly service and tons of character & history. Apparently they have some homemade (literally) food 1 or 2 days a week that sounded like a great bargain. During my visit a local came in with some fresh pies and I was offered a slice. The service is excellent and the whole experience is very casual. Trivia Nights are great (and loud). There is often a food truck outside during events. This is important as the only food served to ends to be bags of gourmet pretzels.“

“We first went to imperial in 2024 on our first visit to Detroit. As soon As we landed, we drove straight here for a meal that we knew would satisfy. The service is always fast and friendly ( ask your server for recommendations for food, drinks, activities they won’t steer you wrong).
