Staff only seems to care about taking care of drive in customers. Manager needs to remind them that ALL customers are equally important!“

However ~ The young man Sean that was working the drive through window was one of the most polite & courteous workers I've run into in quite some time. He wa extremely pleasant And very helpful from start to finish.
Based solely on the service I received, I would definitely recommend visiting Wendy's in Marshall Michigan especially for breakfast!“

“Helped me even tho I had to walk up to the drive through window because my box truck is too big to drive through it. Lobby was already closed I was appreciative of that because some places won’t serve truckers but they did and were very nice and friendly to me.“
