I am fussy about my breakfast and usually order 2 eggs over medium (whites cooked), soft bacon, light hash browns, grain toast. They got it right every time! Believe me, that’s rare. I also had a pancake stuffed with blueberries, almonds and walnuts that was so amazing. Prices are in line with the norm. Marsha is the best server!! 5 stars all the way!!Parking: Plenty of space.“

“Very fresh and flavorful. Had the chorizo bowl and burrito. They were out of chorizo so we substituted bacon. Very good breakfast. Not your usual greasy spoon. This is my kind of breakfast! “Really great food. The service was good. We loved the atmosphere, it's very traditional old school. The majority of the client is the older crowd and it's kept really warm in there. I'm not sure they have AC, but if so it wasn't on. We met friends from out of town for brunch and loved how comfortable it was for talking other than the hear. Just too warm. The herb dinner roll complemented the meal well. The blueberry pie- I’m still working on that now- but my 1st bite was delightful. The salad dressing selection was very nice and the entire presentation felt warmly packaged in a grandmother’s kitchen. The most impressive thing to note, is that The Ample Pantry has not lost its touch. Being native of Kalamazoo, I used to order Ample Pantry for committee meetings many years ago. “Just a lil small wait for multiple tables open to use, but understanding tho, some food over cooked, even lemon was multiple days old. Had to wait & ask for another fresher 1, got the garlic parm boneless wings & barely any flavor & beyond hard to eat due to over frying, but didn't bother to ask for anything different from the lemon situation. Ranch barely had flavor, was watered down, celery was hella brown frozen things. But all in all the other server & staff was great & French fries were epic, shrimp wasn't that bad either.“
