“Came in from out of town and made sure to check out a hockey themed bar being a live long hockey fan. Burger was good despite me not being super hungry. Service was great and our bartender/waitress was great. Only issue was this loud drunk couple swearing and yelling loudly at the bar, throwing F bombs and loudly calling people pussies. I watched the bartender tell him to tone it down a few times but the guy was just a loud belligerent drunk. I am no prude but I don’t go to a restaurant to listen to that. This was at 7:00 not 10:30. Glad I didn’t bring young children with me as that would have been an issue. Loved the place other than that.“

“Great experience! Had a private party for 30 on back patio with catering. Food was AMAZING! Chef was so nice and on top of everything. Ben was GREAT & helped with the set up and Star was assigned to our party and was GREAT & attentive, always there when we had a question or needed something. It was a nice party and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!~“

“Food, service, atmosphere is always great! We didn't like however that we bought $5 margaritas then when the bill came it was a $2 upcharge each to make them strawberry and prickly pear respectively. Just charge me $7 for the margarita upfront if it's going to be that way. $2 isn't a big deal but it felt like a gotcha. And it's stuff like that that actually makes me reconsider going to otherwise good restaurants. The customer's trust is more valuable than the sneaky upcharges. “Bartender Michaela was fantastic!! It was very busy last Saturday night. Michaela was behind the bar, and my husband and I could not believe how efficient she was. She was making drinks for everyone at the bar as well those who were seated at tables in the bar and dining room. Michaela certainly knows how to make a great drink, too. We had a good experience that night, and besides Michaela's great work ethic, the food was delicious! Thank you Big T's and especially Michaela!“

“I’m almost embarrassed to say .. how I’ve never stopped to eat here in all my many years, but today was THE day and it was absolutely delicious!! I forgot to take a picture of my mammoth waffle with an enormous amount of fresh strawberries and fresh whipped cream! The waitress raved about the peach waffle in the summer, so I definitely will need to try otherwise, everything was of delight in this quant breakfast place.“

“We came in after reading a review in a tourist magazine and were so happy that we did! Amazing vegetarian Apple squash burger (So delish!) and the “Beast” burger, Harvest salad, chili and cornbread, thick hand cut onion rings and brownie Sundae. Beer and cider don’t disappoint - I loved the cherry cider they made and my husband enjoyed the beer. Accommodating kitchen, staff and owners, we really enjoyed and will be back. Check them out“

“We had no power so drove to Allegan, Plainwell, and ended up in Kalamazoo before we found any place with power. This was our 1st time. The food was awesome! And neither of us had steak! I had the pulled pork, 😋 my husband had Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp 🍤 it was amazing! And the peanuts 🥜 were so fresh 😋 I also had some popcorn 🍿 from the waiting room. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯“

“Had a late night online order to pick up. Got there and they were slammed with doordash and online orders with a handful college kids in the lobby. ALEXIS WAS ABSOLUTELY SLAYING IT!! BAM! ORDER UP! BAM! ORDER UP! One right aftern another and another. Taking the little extra time to be sure the correct order went to the correct person and that all items were accounted for. I wish more people had this level of care and pride in what they did. When my order was ready my interaction with Alexis was outstanding! I had a bit of a rough day, Alexis positive attitude and great smile helped bring it back a little. Bottom line everyone at this streak and shake crushes it and is an example of how things should run. Alexis especially stood out this visit with overall amazingness ( side note her uniform was very neat and tidy and clean - with a tucked in shirt, very professional - for how hard she was working). Keep it up!“

“Nanny’s is a great family owned restaurant, service is great and portions are huge. Always a favorite for us. We enjoy a mimosa and Bloody Mary on the patio in the warm months.“
