The BEST McDonalds ever!!!!
Ordered ahead of time on the app, said my order was ready before i even arrived, still had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby while they skipped my order sitting on the counter while they focused on doordash orders, can’t say that makes me feel like a valued customer
I waited for 20 minutes to get my food fixed. They saw me at the counter and ignored me. The first manager was rude to me, refused to refund my money all the way but Travis the second manager was incredible. He came out and sat with me, gave me free toys for my littles. He also told me to call corporate to report the manager that was rude to me. He made the whole visit worthwhile. Thank you Travis. We appreciate you.
