“I come in every so often when my kids convince me to get them food. I've had good experiences here most of the time. Once or twice we were missing sauces and I think once they didn't take pickles off one of our burgers but nothing major and it's fast food you know? I get it. Overall a pretty decent location as far as McDonalds are concerned. I did receive the wrong order once but a manager I spoke to (Rebecca I believe?) made it right immediately and she was a delight“

“Came in around 12pm and ordered a rolled quesadilla combo on the kiosk, then used my reward for a chalupa. Within 5 minutes I got both my items and they tasted incredible. The staff working today did an amazing job and had me excited to make this review. It's not often I get to come out to this location but I'm glad I was able to. Keep up the great work!“

“I have to say this was the fastest Arby's I have ever been to. I figured the person in front of me must have just ordered a pop. However when I hit the window behind him, my food was ready and in the bag. Super fast, and the order was right ! Nice 👍“

“Dairy Queen is our go to ice cream in town. We love all the flavors offered, love how blizzards are full to the top, unlike competitors. The food is better than any fast food, and better quality. Its more affordable, than most fast foods.“

“Sandwiches at Jimmy John’s have always been great and this time was no exception. I have eaten at many different locations. But the one in Lapeer this morning stood out from all the others. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about serving their customers. I usually don’t write reviews (good or bad) but my experience this morning inspired me to say something. “They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“
