“Came in for the first time today and glad we did. The food was delicious, we got a spinach roll, Chicken salad croissant, sea salt choc chip cookie and a buckeye bar, all were very tasty. The service was great, the lady taking our order was friendly, and had patience with us, as it was our first time there and we had questions, we really appreciate her kindness! Would definitely like to come back!“

“LOVE this place. The staff are the main reason I come here. They are always funny, kind, and remember not only my name but my "usual" order. I used to be a Starbucks lover, until I tried Biggby's. SUPERIOR in every way. Coffee not bitter, prices are better, and the staff are terrific. Can't say enough good things. Try it, you won't be disappointed.“

“The absolute best little bakery and cafe. Everything and I mean everything is delicious. It’s all home made from scratch and so so so good. It’s one of those places you can take anybody to and they’ll find something yummy to eat. It feels so good to be able to go out with my little daughter and be able to feed her good food she actually is excited to eat. A very special place!
Kid-friendliness: They are SO good about your littles. My girl loves everything there, cookies, sandwiches, soups, quiche. The staff is super kid-friendly. We go so often, my 2 year old girl loves them all!“

“The sandwiches were seriously delicious especially the bagel. We were pleasantly surprised Wendy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The dining room was clean and the drink station as well. We will definitely be returning to this location and we will recommend to others.

“Stopped at the BIGGBY Coffee in Flat Rock this morning as my usual BIGGBY stop was still not open after 6:10 am. Well, I’ll be frequenting the Flat Rock location from now on! Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door, quick service, and I believe it was the owner, gave me a stack of coupons to give to the teachers at my school! Excellent experience overall!!“
