“If you’re ever planning a trip to Saugatuck, Holland, Grand Rapids, etc. this artisan ice cream shop in Muskegon Michigan truly is a must. Everything is homemade with love and you can absolutely taste the quality. The full size Ice Box Brand Ice Cream Bars are almost a meal unto themselves: Delicious creamy bar of ice cream with thick slabs of chocolate coating it on a popsicle stick which can barely handle it’s weight. Personal favorites: Fancypants Raspberry, Key Lime Pie, and the Green Dragon. Everything tastes great though.
Their distribution hasn’t quite reached our area yet (NW Ohio), but we intend to go back with our own coolers (with dry ice) to pick up our own orders.
Yes, it’s that good.
They have some cute souvenirs too, and Chris was great help to us. You will scream for this ice cream.“

“Ruth Ann’s was a wonderful treat on a warm day! Catering to all with both soft serve & hand scooped ice cream with out of the ordinary flavors! Large space to enjoy your cups & cones plus it’s dog friendly- frozen pup cup! We’re just sad we didn’t find you till our last day at the campground! We’ll be back next year!!“

“Love the cookies, not sure why I NEVER get a receipt, I ALWAYS have to request one, are you saving paper? Plus, why do they ALWAYS ask if I'm tipping? When they ask I don't, when they don't, I do. I need my recipes for my taxes, I have to have ALL recipes for taxes as I am a work traveler for the Hospital a few miles away from this store. I don't use the kiosk to order so I have to wait for someone to come to take my order but that's normally only a couple minutes but kinda crazy when you have half a dozen plus workers but I guess that's what I get for wanting the personal interaction. Tipping shouldn't be even mentioned, in my opinion, by your team to the customer, when I'm at a restaurant, the cook doesn't come out and ask me if I'm tipping today. Thanks. Look at my thousands of reviews, I , 99+% of the time give 100% but ....... .“

“Our favorite frozen yogurt place!! Every time we visit we always receive great customer service, it’s always clean and they are always willing to help. We use to visit their location in North Muskegon but we’re so happy that they are close to our home now, which means more visits :) I love them so much, I booked them for an employee appreciation and it was a hit!“

“I love this place, it’s so welcoming and nice. The variety is smaller on the flavoring but the qualities are unmatched. Plus the selection on topping is endless. My favorite part is the pricing, not too expensive and worth it. They have bowls, cups and can even whip up a shake for you. You can eat inside or enjoy the outside view. I would definitely stop by!
