“My daughter & I ordered a Kaffta wrap & Gyro. Both where phenomenal!!! I have ate there previously, the food is excellent, fresh, made right in front of you. The charcoal is what makes it for me... The restaurant is the cleanest it could possibly be, bathrooms included. I can't say enough about the service, I believe I dealt with the Husband/Wife owners, they are awesome people. They will give you a great experience with a smile. I can't say enough about this place, if you don't try it your missing out, support the mom & pop industry, they give you more than any chain business can provide. I'll keep coming back. “I stopped in for lunch today to grab a quick bite and it was amazing! Some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. It was absolutely the best hummus I've ever eaten. The portion sizes were huge and the staff made me feel like family. I will go out of my way to eat here again. Its a hidden gem!“

“We had a family gathering last night and it was my first time trying Kubba House. To say it was anything short of amazing would be a lie. Everything from the presentation to the taste was a 10/10. You can easily tell with each bite that they use quality ingredients when preparing the food. The rice and meats were especially amazing. “I went for the first time this morning because it’s near my work and I wanted to surprise my coworkers with breakfast. The person that helped me was super kind and made my morning with his kindness. The food was so great and fresh, everybody at work asked about it!“

“Been getting take out from here for 10+ years. Excellent quality meat 🥩 and other items. Unbelievable hummous which comes with fresh warm pita. Try their combo for two or their lamb chops. The combo for two actually feeds 3-4...lentil soup is fabulous!!! Fatoosh salad 🥗 is superb.“

“Highly recommend! First time in and won’t be my last. Best beef kafta I’ve ever had and I grew up in Dearborn. Better than La Marsa, Shish, anywhere. Kafta is tender and not overcooked. They have the food fresh baked round pita bread, not the store bought. The dressing for fattoush is soo good. My server, Rumana, was so sweet and attentive. 11/10!“

“I normally frequent the brownstone location. however in my work travels sometimes I stop by the 14 n Woodward location. today I got a bowl and had a few problems. 1 the lid wasn't on all the way so now got food all over my clothes and inside my vehicle. also the pieces of meat were big and not sliced up. How tf is someone supposed to eat that with a plastic fork ? it would of took 30 seconds to slice that up for a bowl, instead it was left whole. normally the food is great, but today was not good.“

“we had lunch at the Canton location. the service was prompt and the food was really good. The Chicken Shwarma was cooked perfectly and the rice and grilled vegetables were done very well. the lentil soup was delicious. be sure to get a lemon crush to drink.“

They are gracious with filling the sub up with quality meats and toppings and the mayo is so delicious I always order extra. “Just picked up a carry out order for dinner and it was great! The food was hot and delicious -shish kafta and schwarma wraps. The pita bread was warm and soft, not over cooked. La Marsa is my favorite place for Mediterranean food- hands down!“

“Good Chicken Shawarma Sandwiches, I Ordered 2. 8/10 stars.

The only 2 things I didn't like was the extra garlic sauce they put in and they told me 15 mins...walked in 15 mins later and the sandwiches were luke-warm.

So I believe (and having experience working in restaurants)...was that they say 15 mins no matter what and these sandwiches were probably made within 5 mins and sat on the counter.

No worries...I won't hold that against them. It was a quick thing and last minute thing to eat a carry out.
I'll be back because the person who rung me up was very nice.
