“We do takeout regularly from Turks and it’s always perfect. Tonight (NYE 2025) we had company and ordered takeout for all of us. There was a mixup and my bf brought home the wrong bag of food. Turks recooked our order, told us to keep the wrong order as well, and even gave us a gift card for the inconvenience and delay. Very impressed! You guys are amazing.“

Lately, it's not easy to fine good service and quality food at a decent price. You hit all three. I have worked in food service for decades. It was really great, to come in to pick up my order, and see a lot of people working behind the counter, not just standing around. And to the 2 young men at the registers, great job!! “I waited several minutes at the bar before someone came to take my order. There was no one behind the bar (it was just past lunchtime and the place was not busy). Food was delicious although the steak (8 oz. Bourbon Street) was overcooked. When I pointed that out to the server, he immediately returned it to the kitchen and ordered another which was cooked to order. He also gave me a complimentary salad. “At the time we were sat the restaurant was busy so I thought it was understandable that out server didn't visit our table immediately. After sitting there for roughly fifteen minutes the server stopped and took our drink and food orders. After another 15 minutes we had yet to receive our drinks, just two waters, so I flagged down another staff member who was bussing the table behind us and asked if she would be able to get us some waters because our server was busy with a big table. She brought us our waters and went to see if our food was ready when she returned she informed us that our server had never put our order in. She made sure that it was submitted and we got our food shortly afterwards. The busser displayed amazing customer service skills and was apologetic for a mistake that wasn't even her own. I don't recall our server ever actually apologizing. Ended up tipping the busser instead of our server because she actually is the one who ended up doing everything. Food was good, our waiter was bad, the busser was amazing and saved the day.“
