“There were eggshells in my omelette. The parking is absolutely deplorable. The manager dismissive. Definitely Matt driving back for the parking and traffic inconvenience. No discount offered did not want another omelet nor did I want to refund. A minor gesture for the inconvenience for a mistake that probably wasn't intentional. Lots to be desired this visit.!!!! Disappointing to say the least.“

“We had an excellent experience eating brunch at First Watch! Our server was Bree and she was extremely nice, kind, and attentive. The breakfast tacos were incredible (substituted potatoes instead of barbacoa) and the chocolate chip pancakes were balanced and not too sweet.

The food was excellent, and our server Bree was even better! My wife and I really appreciated her attentiveness and kindness. We never were left waiting and she checked in frequently and accommodated our requests gracefully. She made a special day for us even better!“

“My son is so picky, yet he ate the chicken tender and fries, he loved it and finished his plate. The fish was soo good. when the guy knew that we are traveling he packed the Hummus in a bag of ice to keep it cool. Sarah was sooo helpful and nice. I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. “Over the summer I found out the gender of our first baby. The waiter was so kind in helping surprise us with blueberry pancakes to let us know it was a boy! The entire floor staff and kitchen were extremely sweet congratulating us and making our day so special. Thank you all for creating a beautiful memory for us to look back on 💙 the gluten free pancakes were wonderful and safe for me and the rest of my family loved their meals as well!“

“We stopped by Effin Egg while in Detroit for a family reunion. Our party was big, but the staff there were very helpful and efficient, and we had our food in no time. I went with the Nashville hot chicken egg scramble, and honestly, I wanted to order another one before I finished eating it. It wasn’t too spicy, but had just enough kick. I don’t know when I’ll be back in Detroit, but when I do come back, I’m making my way back to Effin Egg. Highly recommended!“

“My son and I went there today and it was a very positive experience for my special needs 11 year old he was very happy in the beginning he was like this is a four-star right walking in able to sit and with as pleasant and happy as the waitress was it made it even better before she actually took our order he gave it a five-star by the time we left he said he would give it a 10 star he ordered it was a Mexican-style pancakes with a caramel and vanilla topping it was amazing he said I ordered the chicken crepes however I don't like chicken however I don't like chicken in the waitress suggested that she eats it with mushrooms all that sounds so good I took it I ate it I loved it the food was hot and very fresh not overcooked not undercooked course management was even polite as our waitress was busy we had forgot to let her know my son did not want the chocolate chip pancake and that he wanted the Mexican one they made that happen and service was phenomenal it seemed as all of the wait staff employees were all positive happy working well together so I agree with my son we would give it a 10 star and we will be returning here. We also ordered two special shakes and Oreo and a cupcake they were very good I love the fact that they have a small Cafe of coffee they put on your table so you don't have to wait for them to bring you a filling when you're ready that was very nice“

It was like slices of cheese were laid on top of the eggs then folded in. The waitress was nice and gave us great service. But the food...NO from me.“
