“This is place is always busy because the pizza's are great. Very authentic pizza. We get pizza's from here at least once a month. They don't like customization much which is the only downside. There is a no dairy free cheese, which is fine, but would be great if they did offer it. The sauce and dough is all you need to enjoy the pizza.”

“I really wanted to like Hermann’s because I had heard some good things. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. I will say they have a nice menu but thats where the positives stop. Took awhile for our server to come and acknowledge us (15 minutes and the restaurant was only half full). When we four our drinks, the beer was warm. Waiter took our order and said he would replace our drinks…….we never saw our server again. We asked the food runner to have our waiter come back but he still never did. My wife’s food order was wrong and again couldn’t get anyone to assist us. Even when we wanted to pay our bill, we had to find a different server to get it and had to pay at the bar ourselves. With all the other options in the area, I personally do not recommend Hermann’s.”

“This was one of my best Restaurant memories in a very long time. We had a 5 o’clock reservation because they were kind enough to inform us that they had another reservation for this particular table at 6:30. Our host, Lewis, immediately came over and informed us that if we wish to linger longer, they would accommodate us at another table afterwards. LEWIS was wonderful throughout the evening.
We were seated at a beautiful private window table, (which we had not requested because I didn’t have the nerve after just making the reservation the day before) The Christmas in Plymouth Festival was going on. It was so beautiful looking out that window at all the decorations in the park, the lights on the trees, watching the horse drawn carriages go by, the passer byes, and the characters in costumes.
It was just a magical night, something out out of a Hallmark Movie. Our food was excellent. We all ordered something different and it was ALL excellent! Our server Noah was right on time every time. The chef was very accommodating. One of our guest has severe celiac disease and he made a special sauce for her Chicken Limone.
I had the Chilean Seabass at a very reasonable price. It was delicious as well. After we had lingered until 6:45 we knew another party had requested that table so we asked that they move us to another for dessert. We were expecting to be put to in the back of the restaurant, but we were so happy to discover they had seated us at an even better window table. The whole evening was just perfect. We love FIAMMA Grille. It is our new favorite restaurant.

He was so friendly and attentive. Bringing refills without us asking and checking in regularly to make sure everything was ok. We really appreciated his wonderful service. “Came in today for the first time - Broasted Brothers deserves the highest rating! Not just for the food, but the customer service. It’s been a while since I’ve been treated with such kind hospitality in a food place. I got the gluten free chicken tenders, green beans, and potato wedges… all delicious! The prices are amazing and so affordable too. It felt very homestyle, feel-good vibes all around.”

“I really like the coffee here, I come here quite often for a white chocolate mocha. The service is usually really nice! Sometimes though, it takes a very long time to make my drink. I believe the atmosphere outside where we can sit at the tables is much nicer than the atmosphere inside. It’s too noisy and cramped most of the time unfortunately.”

“I love the venue, the food, and the service. However, there was a minor detail that bothered both my girlfriend and me. I ordered a Dolly chicken sandwich and, since I'm not keen on tartar sauce, I asked for it to be omitted and for a small side of big boy sauce instead. Upon receiving my bill, I noticed a 50-cent charge for the side. Inquiring about it, the server replied with "IDK." I acknowledged it, but admittedly, it left me slightly irritated.”

“Visited this Dairy Queen on 2/11 around 3:45 pm. We were warmly greeted and placed our order — my usual Peanut Buster Parfait. I’ve had countless of them over the years, and it’s one of my favorites. But this one? Wow. It was incredible. The hot fudge, peanuts, and ice cream were perfectly balanced down to the last bite! A huge shout out especially to Vivien who took our order and crafted this perfection, and the management team for delivering such an amazing customer experience and exceptional product quality. We’ll definitely be back again soon!”

“I live near the Arbys on 5 mile on Plymouth/northville line and went there. drive thru light was on at 9:30 but they said they were closed. I had been in hospital for 2 weeks and wanted arbys so we went across town to this location, dine in. food was fantastic as was staff! one staff member (Jonathan I believe) was cleaning the dining room and I apologized for being there late and he was very kind and said it was no problem and had a conversation with us. over hearing about my leaving hospital that day another staff member (didn't get her name) offered me a free dessert to celebrate! I didn't take her up on her offer as i was so stuffed! haha but it was just so sweet and unexpected and the food was so yummy after 2 weeks of hospital blandness. thanks arbys!”

“Tried for the first time today. I love that it's locally owned. Super small place which is nice when you don't want all the hectic and overwhelming choices of options. I got the medium iced caramelicious drink. I could definitely used another shot of caramel but it's tasty! The coffee is the perfect strength. I would definitely come back for another flavor. Two of us had the fish and chips and found it to be flavorless with too much batter that wasn’t tasty. Another person in the party had steak and said it was dry and unappealing. The Caprese Chicken was, in comparison, very good. I only wish I had ordered that!”

“Crawford's Kitchen has the greatest and most delicious breakfasts, unlike any I have ever had before. While visiting my hometown of Plymouth, I took my granddaughter there for breakfast. Ania Crawford recommended to my granddaughter the Classic Benny. She enjoyed the hollandaise sauce so much she literally licked her plate clean. I wish I could move back to Plymouth so I could eat there more often and perhaps get to try everything on the menu. Chef Jeff Crawford has created an amazing menu for those who want the most delightful breakfasts and brunch. Ania Crawford is the lovely hostess of Crawford's kitchen. She is so friendly and hospitable she takes the time to sometimes sit with customers to get to know them. Whatever the weather, do not hesitate to go there. You can eat indoors during inclement weather, and any other time, but make it a point to go there when the weather is good. The outdoor dining is what I prefer, and more than likely you will too.”

“Just dined in and had Kelly as a server. She was very friendly and attentive and gave us excellent service. I would have given all five stars but it appeared our server was being bullied by the older Arabic waitress and that was sad to see. My husband and I were just looking around people watching and the older Arabic waitress yelled out who has that table and implied something was wrong when it wasn’t and had Kelly come over to check on us when she had been very attentive already. That lady seemed very rude but everything else was good!”

“I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful where and what i eat. I came in 11-26-19 and asked about their protocol and was assured they would be careful. I order my wife's regular wrap then my GF Philly Steak. I wish I knew the girls names that were there in the afternoon , but the one on the grill said it was the prettiest Philly Steak she had ever made...lol. At any rate, it was delicious and best of all no issues. Thank you so much and I will be back...soon!!!”

“I just had an unforgettable experience at Wing Snob on Ann Arbor Road, and I must commend the exceptional leadership of AP, who was running the night shift. From the moment I walked through the door, the energy was vibrant, and the service was flawless!

AP's management skills were evident in every aspect of our visit. She maintained a warm and welcoming atmosphere, greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring that all customers felt valued. It’s clear she knows how to lead her team, as they were efficient, attentive, and worked seamlessly under her guidance.

The wings were, as always, out of this world! AP encouraged her team to keep everything fresh and perfectly cooked, and it showed. My order was deliciously sauced— crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the flavors were over-the-top fantastic. My favorites were the garlic parmesan and Sweet Chili— absolutely heavenly! The food smelled so good that I had to eat in the car.

What really stood out was AP’s ability to multitask. She was actively engaging with patrons while checking in on her staff, ensuring everything from food preparation to customer satisfaction was running smoothly. The teamwork was inspiring, and it made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.

Overall, I cannot praise AP and her crew enough! If you haven’t been to Wing Snob yet, do yourself a favor and visit. With such excellent leadership under AP, I will definitely list this place as a Michigan gem.”

“This place has fresh food made for you every order. The manager is always checking on you to make sure your food is to your satisfaction. Place was clean and they wipe down tables after people leave allowing others to sit at any table of their choice. Some of the employees were yelling back and fourth through the store and being immature. I found that to be unprofessional but other then that great place”
