I'm not a coffee drinker but the pumpkin chai, apple cider chai, and the earl grey mocha were all fantastic. They only have one size of drink so this isn't the place to get a bucket of iced coffee, but if you want a unique drink I would definitely recommend it.“

“Wanted a relaxing place to enjoy a lunch and decided to try since I figured with the quality of merchandise and service in the store, they would be similar. While you order at a counter, you seat yourself and then wait staff takes over. The dining room is quiet and nicely decorated. The wait staff is very professional and there with a refill or checking on you.

While the menu is not large, you can find salads, pizzas, entrees, and appetizers. A couple different kinds of soups also. There is a kid's menu which adults could order from. Since I am not a huge eater, I ordered from it the grilled cheese and cup of tomato soup. I got the cheddar chive biscuits, taking one home. It came with a drink so I got my diet Coke.

All the food was well above average. I really enjoyed the grilled cheese which was on artisan bread. The cheddar chive biscuit was delicious. Fresh fruit was included with the meal. They don't have a dessert menu, but a little chocolate is brought to you at the end of the meal.

If you have a more normal American appetite, you should find your fill. The pizza is large enough to share.

Wonderful place to enjoy a lunch break from shopping especially if you want a meal not fast food in the food court. I will be back to enjoy another meal.“

“Dec 31st 2025, pretty much empty and I had to pick something up for my wife and I from here.
It's been a while since I've been to Panera, and the lady behind the main counter/bread area was kind enough to help he guide to the pick up area, instead of waiting for a call-out.
I ordered coffee as well with the syrup option, but didn't know where the syrup was, and she helped me out again by taking the coffee from me to the espresso bar and bringing it back. What she did NOT know is I'm recovering from a knee procedure, and didn't want to walk all the way to the bar and back. That minor gesture of kindness was something that could make anyone's day. So, thank you to that lady who helped me 12/31/2025 around 3:45 pm.“

“This is the closest Biggby location to me and I’ve been coming here for years. Every time I’ve stopped in, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order to be ready. This is great, because I can come here when I’m on the go in between stops, even on a time crunch. The baristas always make my order just the way I like it and they are all so kind and friendly.“

“This morning I came here for the first time. I ordered some drinks and right as I approached the window I realised I left my card home. The girl at the window handled the situation with great professionalism and respect. She said no problem it happens. I told her I will come back and she said no problem. She handed me the coffee instead of throwing it away. This was a very smart decision. Why throw the coffee out? When you can win a loyal customer for ever.
