The team there was over the top nice to her and even called her the day of to see if she would rather they deliver them. The chicken tenders were HUGE! She ordered way more than we needed so I took the extras to my lake and everyone who had them thought they were AMAZING! We made sure everyone knew where we got them. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Despite the busy lunch rush, Saif remained attentive and patient, taking the time to ensure my order was correct and answering all my questions.

The food itself was exactly what you’d expect from a fast-food joint—quick, fresh, and satisfying. I ordered a burger and fries, and both were served hot and well-prepared. While the menu doesn’t offer anything out of the ordinary, the overall quality was good for a fast-casual spot.

What really stood out, though, was Saif’s commitment to customer service. He checked in after I got my meal to make sure everything was to my liking, which you don’t often see in fast food. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated the experience.

Today they somehow upped their game though: we stopped by for a quick bite after running around and I ordered the wrong item (3 pc mixed instead of the strips). They fixed my mistake (not theirs) without even hesitation. Out of all the chicken options in Livonia, Lee's is at the top of our list. Great team that takes guest satisfaction personally.“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. “First I would like to say the food was freshly prepared in front of us & we had a bit of a wait, but for fresh food I will not complain about waiting!This was my first time here, the food looks nothing like the pictures, however it was very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised!The chicken is juicy, possibly the juiciest chicken I’ve had considering all of the chicken places on every corner & the asked if I wanted lemon pepper in my chicken too(yesss!!) the original sauce really brings out the Cajun flavors in the chicken and they compliment each other perfectly.The honey biscuits were sitting under the lamp for a while and not dripping in butter like I expected, I would probably ask for extra drizzle next time, but still had a nice crust and fluffy inside.The place is a bit run down, not organized & seemingly unclean, but it’s a gas station too, and that didn’t bother me much since I’ve lived in the area forever. The guy running the place is super nice and answered all of my questions about types of fish and everything was delicious ? 9/10 would go again! “The environment is quiet OMG there chicken gives you fighting taste in our mouth 😋 ( fight for another piece of course) 😂😆 the food comes out fat and hot and smells and taste so delicious 🤤. This restaurant does not have tables on the inside to dine in so you must order to go. Over pretty good place to order dinner or lunch.

Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian options I saw were sides such as fries, okra, Mac and cheese .

Parking: There are some pot holes in the parking lot the bigger one is right we end you turn into the parking lot but they have really good food.

“First time I've been to a KFC in at least 6 mo. I hadn't been going quite as often because it seemed like every time I went they were out of something I wanted or my order was cold.
I'm happy to say that this time everything was great.
Very efficient/friendly service and my food was hot.
They also had everything that I wanted to order and this was very close to closing time.
I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I didn't go inside. I used the drive thru and I was in and out within 15 min or so. Very good visit. I will return again, and sooner this time.

“I love this Chik Fil A! It’s worth the 45 minute drive from my house Every. Time.

The food is always hot and always accurate to what I had ordered (I have food allergies so this is important to me). The employees are fantastic to interact with, very friendly and kind.

I highly recommend using the app to order the mobile drive-thru option. I have rarely had to wait in line while using this option, and the longest it took my food to come out was 7ish minutes (and they were VERY busy at the time)!
