“My favorite cold sub is the #9 Club Supreme. And in the hot subs, the #15 Meatball and #18 Chicken parm are really good. They do a really great job and the "Mike's Way" with the oil and spices creates a flavor I don't get anywhere else.“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“Tubby’s is hands down one of our favorite places to go! First of all, the staff is so sweet, welcoming, and always makes us feel right at home. You can tell they truly care about their customers and creating a friendly atmosphere. The food is always great, and my son absolutely loves going there every time. It’s become one of our favorite spots because of the kindness, great service, and warm environment. Highly recommend Tubby’s!“

“I have gotten Firehouse catered for several meetings and a very large event. Sunny and Rita are always so great and accommodating, as well as on time when I get the catering delivered. Everytime I have ordered I get outstanding service, great communication, and our staff always loves the subs. This is also one of the only places I know with gluten free bread that is actually good. Highly recommend for lunch or a catering!“

“I recently visited the Subway location and had the pleasure of being served by Andy. From the moment I walked in, Andy's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed. He greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly attentive to my order.
Andy took great care in making my sub, ensuring that every ingredient was fresh and perfectly portioned. His attention to detail was impeccable, and he even took the time to ask about my preferences to make sure everything was just right. The sub was delicious, and I could tell that Andy put a lot of effort into making it perfect.
What truly stood out, though, was Andy's exceptional customer service. He was patient, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It's rare to find such dedicated and passionate employees, and Andy is definitely one of them.

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

“The employee named Alexis really went above and beyond to serve me and make sure I understood what I was ordering and answered every question I had. She was so friendly and smiled the entire time; it was refreshing. Ill be honest as I was hesitant due to my last encounter with a man named Allen. Very condescending when I asked any type of questions. I haven't been back since, but I'm glad i gave it another shot! My only issue was all of the fly's.....“

“I order online today for the same sub that I haven’t gotten my whole entire life. And it may have been the BEST sub I have ever gotten in my entire life. 10/10 sub and I was greeted with smiling faces. I got the same sub the other day from the capac subway and it didnt even come close to the armada subway sub. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.“

“My family and I really like the food from here. I’m addictive to the chicken parmigiana sub. They service is always friendly and the restaurant seems to be clean. The only downside is that it is a little slow because they are making everything fresh but it is worth the wait.“

“I have been doing carryouts at this Subway location since I started my work shift at Kroger a couple doors down (in early May of 2023). This location is pretty great, the food tastes delicious and fresh.... especially in the early afternoon. If I am working early afternoons at Kroger, I occasionally stop at this Subway location 10 mins before my work shift and pick up my carryout order. I usually will eat my sandwich on my break.
Today I ordered a BMT, and it was completely fresh and delicious. The staff here is amazing. I will visit this location again 😊“

Listen… corporate, if you’re reading this: if I walk in next time and find out Sam did NOT get a raise, I will be forced to dramatically flip a table (respectfully, of course).
This woman could sell a sandwich to someone who just finished Thanksgiving dinner. Absolute pro. The place was spotless—like “mom’s coming over in 10 minutes” clean - she was already wiping things down when I walked in. She matched my energy instantly: calm, cool, collected… meanwhile I’m two minutes away from eating the napkins out of hunger.
We had a quick, wholesome life chat while she crafted (yes, crafted) the most elite 6” sandwich I’ve ever consumed. I’m talking Michelin-star energy in sub form. I went in broke and starving, and if I had an extra $20 on me, I would’ve thrown it at her like she just performed a magic trick.
Sam, thank you for your service. Promote her. Protect her. Possibly build a statue.“
“Asked for an illegal amount of pickles. Cashier asked if I was a cop. I denied the allegations. After a conference with her employees, 3 reference checks and a minimally invasive check for wires i was granted the privilege of being served a Cuban with more pickles than I could ever dream of. “I had a great experience at the Subway in Shelby Township, Michigan. I ordered the Italian B.M.T., and it was made perfectly — fresh bread, quality meats, and loaded with all the veggies I like. Everything tasted super fresh and well-balanced.
What really stood out was the excellent service. The employee who helped me was friendly, efficient, and really seemed to care about getting everything just right. It made the visit quick, easy, and pleasant.
The store was also clean and well-organized, which is always a plus. I’ll definitely be back — great food and great customer service!“
“Always stop here for lunch, subs are always great. The only negative thing I can say is that their sweet tea is made on demand. It normally wouldn't be a problem, except the 1/2 cup of undisolved sugar in the bottom of my cup was unnecessary.“

“This is a great subway. Staff is very friendly. THIS SUBWAY DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. I think some people are confusing this subway with the one in Romeo by m-53. Ignore any reviews that talk about a drive thru because they are about a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUBWAY.“
