“My first time trying this restaurant. It was pretty good. I had the beef ribs and chicken dinner. The ribs and Potato salad, were delicious. The sauce is fire. The chicken was a little light skin, but it was done all the way through. The greens and mac and cheese needed a little more seasoning, but over all it was good. I'll be returning.“

I recently visited Papa's Pizza on October 8, 2025, and had an absolutely delightful dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what turned out to be one of the best pizza outings I've ever had.

I ordered a large deep dish pizza, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside, providing a wonderful texture that complemented the rich, flavorful toppings. The cheese was gooey and plentiful, melding beautifully with the tangy, well-seasoned tomato sauce.

“Theirs not to many places around the city that offer a good, hardy and delicious New Orlean style seafood gumbo but, I happened to be driving around on the westside and was hungry and decided to give a new place I'd heard about from a friend. The spot is called "Dem Noles Bois"...It's been awhile since I had a good gumbo. I've got to tell you, to my surprise, this was the best gumbo that I’ve had in years definitely five stars.
