Every detail from the cups to wall decor to the customer service is 100 out of 10. They go above and beyond to give a personal experience to each and every person who walks through the door. “Came here for the first time based on a google search for a coffee shop and tried the Yemeni Scrambled Eggs and it came with khubz and sawawik on the side. They also have American type dishes for breakfast and lunch. I also had a gingerbread latte. Everything was so tasty and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the place is hidden in a small strip mall off Outer Drive and Pelham, there was a constant flow of patrons. Only complaint is that it’s cold throughout the restaurant (winter time) from the door opening constantly. I recommend (if allowed) they get an exterior entrance enclosure so there’s a space between the outer and inner door.“

“Obsessed. I stop in here at least twice per week for my usual vanilla latte with oat milk, which I highly recommend. The freshly made treats are delicious. The artwork is always interesting and changes frequently enough that it's always worth a trip inside even though they have a super convenient walk-up window. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my drink comes out A+ without fail.“

“This location is a block away from my parents house and my Dad goes in 6 times a day. When they found out my Mom had a heart attack on Thursday they sent her a bouquet of flowers. Also someone from there dropped off a bowl of chili and bun for my dad for dinner since my Mom couldn't make him dinner. This store went above and beyond. Awesome workers at this Tim Horton's.“

“This adorable patisserie was walking distance from our hotel and offered a sweet treat in a quaint atmosphere. we tried the Chocolate mousse tart with mirror glaze and a flight of 6 macarons. My husband was amazed at how smooth the chocolate mousse was. The tart was rich and the perfect size for sharing. We took the macarons away with us and later tried the rosewater and the pistachio. They were both delicious, and I was delighted that the rosewater was not overpowering as many times or can be. Open to midnight, this is a great place for a lovely treat in Dearborn.“

The drinks where watered down and the service abysmal. Suggestion -go in the morning but for the afternoon go inside.“

“Wow! This branch is amazing! I am beyond impressed! I'm from London and we spend way so much money on Boba many times a week. Our favorite boba store of course is Presotea cause we really like the quality. After visiting this branch in Windsor, it puts the Presotea stores in London to shame. For me this is the best Presotea I've ever experienced. Staff were friendly and worked very fast. They didn't skimp on toppings. Felt like I'm in Japan the way they handled my boba. The dining is large and spacious too. I would definitely come back again! 10/10“

“Love the nostalgia of this ice cream parlor, the ice cream was incredible and you can tell they make it themselves in house! I had a scoop of the birthday cake and scooby doo and the were out of this world! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was due to slow service. The kids in there did what they could but I believe they were short staffed. Other than that. This is some of the best ice cream I've had in the area!

Parking: They do have a small parking lot so on a busy day you might have to park in the street.

The experience started with the warm welcome from Howrah, a truly radiant and gracious Middle Eastern host. Her kindness and attention to detail instantly made me feel at home. See my bf ordered a drink thru the app but HE, not the baristas, made a mistake ordering hot instead of frozen and the associate Jay remade the drink he had wanted with no questions asked and was very polite about it! “The downtown Detroit Starbucks coffee is one of the best in the city. The workers are very helpful nice genuine and they fix your coffee and your food exactly the way you want it. Their morning smiles was worth the wait of the Uber. It's nothing like a fresh cup of coffee in a fresh smile early morning the desserts were delicious the pastries are delicious and the morning breakfast sandwiches are delicious too. I would like to suggest that anybody in the area to stop by and have them the Starbucks cooked coffee I had the latte chai latte and it was delicious.“

“It's pretty great, depends on whos working there. Peter's one of the best baristas ever. Sometimes though, you get a bad barista and when that hit of rancid milk hits your tongue with the coffee you're gonna have to try your hardest to not Karen out. It's a 50/50 shot at if you get the best coffee ever or undrinkable sewer water. If Peter's there, you can be assured you're getting quality. It's also LGBTQ+ friendly and most of the baristas are super chill. It's just...the incompetent ones that mess up the drinks...you know who you are...The other 1 star reviews are from boomers who have no idea how to use the app and entitled Karens that want to take their pitbull into a Starbucks then act like an immature child when told about the rules.“

“Just left the drive thru. I ordered a soup and the bread. Ordered 2 extra breads, as my kids love this bread. Asked for extra butter...twice. Not sure if they charged me for both extra breads or one. I do know they charged me, I only say this because there is The bread that came with my soup and three other pieces of bread which would make it an order and a half not two orders, but like I said I’m not sure if they charge me for one or both. Extra butter must equal 2, because that is what I received. Got to work, opened the potato bacon soup and it’s not like it usually is, it has the consistency of broth and I was lucky if I found 5 pieces of potatoes. Oh well, what are ya gonna do.“

“This place is amazing. Turkish coffee is delicious and my favorite. I enjoy my regular coffee with heavy whipping cream, maple syrup and cinnamon. However, I took a sip of the Turkish coffee just as it was prepared and was delicious and full of flavor. Extra hot (my request), plain with a layer of smooth syrup coffee grounds on the bottom. Yes, sounds odd, but don't judge until you try it. True coffee lovers will appreciate the smooth taste. The service was wonderful and the staff was willing to answer any questions. Also, any of the wonderful desserts will compliment your coffee. This is my number one coffee shop!! ❤️“
