“We took our family the other night. Great location, delicious food, and fair prices. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Great customer service!! Polite, eye contact, checking in with all guests to see how the experience was or if anyone needed refills. The cook was hustling and doing an amazing job. These young people were outstanding! This will be a go to for us.“

“I'm an old guy and this was perhaps the BEST fast food I've ever received! My wife definitely agrees with that. All of the food was fresh and hot and delicious. The onion rings, OH the onion rings! Beer battered crispy fresh and incredible. Chicken cashew salads had lots of unsalted cashews just like it's supposed to be. The chicken was hot moist and flavorful. Not rubbery or dry. Nice combination of fresh leafy greens. Now so you will know that this review is legit I just recently reviewed a Wendy's in Big Rapids, MI. which was some of the worst food I've ever received. The salads were spoiled (actually rotten) to the degree that we had to dispose of two entire meals. But this one just a little North of Grand Rapids and just East of route 131 (Rockford Mi i believe) was fantastic. Did I mention the onion rings? Oh my the onion rings.“

“I have stopped at this restaurant several times for a breakfast sandwich, and they were always good and the service friendly. We stopped here after a soccer game to grab a burger. Service once again was friendly and fast. I love my Whopper and they did not disappoint. I would eat here again.“

“The food is great! the iced coffee is umm well, no good. It is always watery, not mixed and seems like no creamer or flavor is added even after ordering specifically that way. Have gone back multiple times thinking it will be different, but shame on me. Eventually stopped getting iced coffee here after too many undrinkable coffees.“

“My son recently moved to the Grand Rapids area and is close to Mr. Burger. We thought we would give it a try as it came highly recommended from one of his neighbors. We were not disappointed. We only tried the burgers and fries but they were really really good and will definitely be back. I cannot speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant as we went through the drive-thru. However, the place was pretty crowded which is another good sign. Much better than any other fast food type Burger joints.“

“food is usually very good but the last time i had shrimp dinner and the shrimp were fried too long, almost burnt, and a week ago had fish dinner and same thing fish were fried too long. Just need to reduce the frying time for those two items“
