Huge shout out to Melissa and the wonderful woman with pink hair (unfortunately didn’t get her name) they were so kind and had such fun, friendly, inviting energy that made me so happy after a long day! I had an e-coupon on my phone but couldn’t figure out how to get it onto my Apple wallet the ladies had no problem helping me get it figured out so I could use it! I wish I had cash on me so I could’ve tipped them they so deserve it!!! Arby’s they deserve recondition! 5 stars!!!“

“I'm sending this message about two employees at the Almont McDonald's who took care of me on two different days/night. One of the employees is "Liberty" and the other was tonight who took my order. Tonight on 12/15/2025 was a younger person who was wear a light green vest. Both employees should get a "Special Awards" from McDonalds for taking care of a disabled person. It's hard caring the food that I order to the vehicle, but these caring people put them in a bag so I can take them to my vehicle much easier. I have been disabled most of my life where I lot of my arm in a farm accident. But it's nice to see some employees who understand and help out the disabled people. So, I'm hoping McDonald's headquarters and McDonald's of Almont, give these two people a "Special award" for helping out the disabled people in today's world. Thank you, McDnald's of Almont, for having great employees that care of people who are disabled. Thank you again and Merry Christmas and Happy new Years 2026.“

“My daughter always orders your chicken sandwiches but always forgets to put extra mayo on the side. I have to call and ask for extra mayo Les Mc gives her the extra mayo and is very polite on the phone. I think my daughter is addicted to Heinz mayo! You u can't find it anywhere but Burger King. “Husband and I went through the drive thru. There was one car at the order box and one car at the window. They were quick to take our order but had to wait forever for each order to come out and each bag was small so not too much to make. The food was super hot and very good tasting. The pops didn't have too much ice. The employees were very attentive and friendly answering any questions you have. You can tell it's a new building, the outside was tidy and lawn mowed, the parking lot was very clean with no litter.“

“I wish I got his name, but I keep forgetting!! Either way, he’s been there for a while, very sweet, wears glasses, but he’s wonderful at his job! Recently, he noticed I made a mistake on my online order where I forgot to substitute meat for a different protein(I’m vegetarian) and asked if I would liked it to be corrected. I had an incident where I got meat in my meal, forever ago; it was a simple mistake, but I got unnecessarily upset at them, he was there, and fixed it! Now, he still remembered and I found that really shocking. He has always been professional, helpful and leads with kindness. I appreciate him very much!“
