“All I can say is WOW!!! This is truly a Mom and Pop hole in the wow, and likely some of the best Almond Boneless Chicken I've had in terms of flavor! I made the "mistake" of ordering a dinner sized portion, thinking that the lunch size wouldn't be enough, but I was mistaken by a long shot. I wish I lived out this way as I'd likely order at least once a week!“

“This is our family's absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. They give you a very large portions of their super delicious food at a reasonable rate. And I'm not embellishing, I literally don't have to cook for the next 2 days when we get food from here. The employees especially the gentleman that always answers the phone and cashes you out are so friendly! Plus they have cool live plants and some fish tanks also atmosphere while you're waiting since it's not a dine in restaurant. Keep up the wonderful work New Hong Kong Inn and staff!“

“First of all this is not a complaint, just my honest opinion. I called my order in and arrived to pick it up about 30 minutes later. The food was not ready so I waited another 10 or so minutes. The food was hot and fresh, the rangoon is delicious, I also got some other entrees that were good but the lemon chicken had a few hard and questionable pieces that made me not want to finish it. Everything else was fantastic. Now to the atmosphere, dirty dishes piled on tables and I didn't see anywhere appropriate sit and wait so I waited in my car until my food was ready.“

“We just recently ordered for the first time , went inside and they were so nice and fast ! The order was delicious ?, we purchased almond boneless chicken, beef mixed vegetables. Wonton soup, egg foo young , shrimp fried rice , shrimp eggrolls! Will be back AND we only live a few miles down the road !!!“

“This place is a gem. What a wonderful delicious restaurant. I am so happy that I found it. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. The service is fast. The prices are fair. The almond chicken and pepper steak are a must have. I’ve also tried the pork fried rice, chicken, fried rice, and wonton soup and it is to die for. I highly highly recommend this restaurant to all who love and enjoy Chinese food. Ivy, the owner is super friendly and a wonderful cook. I almost forgot to add that the portions are amazing!!!! I can eat for 3 days!!!“

“My son loves his place and says that their food is really good I'm not much of a Chinese food person so I can't comment to the different meals. However I can speak to their hot and sour soup it is the second best round the first best unfortunately closed a while back and I've been scrambling for a replacement and looks like this place is going to win. So if you like hot and sour soup I can definitely attest second best ever if you're looking for additional my son says it's very good.“

“Tried the general's chicken lunch combo. Was mildly spicy, not overly sweet, and chicken was pretty good quality. Fried rice was average, kind of on the bland side. Very big portions. Eggroll was ok, but on the small side. I liked that they plastic wrapped the entire food carton to keep it warm/fresh. Service was good.“

That place went out of business.
Since that I had never found another sweet and sour sauce like their's until now.
This place has the best sweet and sour sauce.
I prefer the sweet and sour chicken myself.

Canton China Restaurant is hands down the best Chinese food around! My go-to choice is the Sesame Chicken combination with chicken fried rice, and it never disappoints. The meal comes with an egg roll and plum sauce, and I always order extra plum sauce to pour over my rice for that perfect sweet and savory balance.
The food is always freshly cooked, and the portions are generous enough to enjoy again the next day. What really sets them apart is the quality—when you warm up the leftovers, they taste just as good as when they were first served. Even the rice stays moist and flavorful, unlike most places where it dries out if not eaten right away.
Beyond the amazing food, the staff is incredibly welcoming and always remembers me when I call or stop by. Their friendly service makes every visit feel personal. If you're looking for consistently delicious Chinese food with great portions and warm hospitality, Canton China Restaurant is the place to go!“

“I've been going here since I was a kid, I am 28 now. The food is cooked very well, not too salty. The almond chicken is my favorite, but the noodles and other dishes are fantastic also. They have the best jumbo egg rolls compared to any other restaurant. Try the Hot and Sour soup!“

“Really nice folks and beautiful interesting interior. Been on my list opening 4 months ago. Ordered Pupu Platter, Chinese Scallion Pancakes, Large Chinese Veggies Soup and Chicken Egg Foo Young. Surprised when eating inside no plates or silverware. Everything brought out in to go containers that's okay. Absolutely fantastic Delicious Scallion Pancakes not found in many places. The quart of Spot packed full was good except broth zero flavor like water. Chicken Egg Foo Young nothing like ever had weird crunchy patties with very small amount of gravy. The very good Rice and a mega amount. Egg Roll spot on Wonderful. The bad absolutely worse ever Pupu Platter Chicken Wings dry, Crab Rangoon Yuk, Shrimp heavy batter couldn't taste Shrimp. Ribs just ok, Spring Rolls a winner and what they call Teriyaki Beef I know as Balamaki was great. I'm willing to give them another chance to change my 3 star rating. Great effort by cook just not up to par with dozen other Chinese restaurants in the area.“

“I was glad to hear there were new owners at Chin Express! A friend recommended checking them out again. I tried calling but got a recording so went to the store. Their menu is extensive, items I haven't seen elsewhere. I ordered basic General Tso to see how it compared with others we have had. It was different and delicious, and enough for 3 meals! Everything is made fresh so it took a while. I liked that the sauce was packaged separately so the chicken didn't get soggy. We look forward to trying the dumplings and other interesting menu items soon.“

“Very small restaurant serving authentic Shanghai-style Chinese food including some dim sum items on weekend afternoons. Make sure to ask for the Chinese menu (which has both Mandarin and English labels) not the very limited American-style menu.Slight extra charge for using a credit card.“

“There was a faint non food smell on the noodles, almost like flower scented air freshener. So I was not able to eat that. But the rest of the food tasted fresh, was filling and was really good! I definitely need more spice in the spicy dishes, though. Will order again but will stay away from the noodles... unless that's not normal... then I will order noodles again. The price is great too.“

“Always great food and great service when we visit the restaurant. The hot and sour soup is fantastic. The Spicy Won Ton Appetizer is delicious. My daughter loves their Curry Beef. I have had the Egg Foo Young and the patties are huge. We get take-out lunch about once a week or more. Definitely recommended!!!!!“

“Thai City has always been and still is our favorite! We lived in Westalnd for 29 years and moved up north. Anytime we go downstate, we order carryout! When our kids visit, they get carryout for us! I wish there was a Thai City near us. We're 2 1/2 hours north of Westland now.“
