“Went in to get a couple meals for dinner with my significant other. Not only were they busy, they were dealing with a weird crack headed gentleman in the lobby but still went above and beyond for our order. One of the workers even ran outside to give us an item they forgot before we left the parking lot. 10/10 those workers deserve a raise for sure.“

“I went to your drive thru on Thursday evening Sept. 5th and the 2 girls working the window area were amazing!! I didn't get their names but it was about 8:00pm. “I wish every fast food place was like this Culver’s. They are just pleasant people. We’ve always had a wonderful experience and we go at least two or three times per month to this location. My latest visit was through the drive-thru and an African-American lady served me who was just so kind and down to earth. I wish I would’ve caught her name. Love this place and love these people!“

“I really enjoy going to Wendy's in Shields, Jarrod is so friendly and always smiling even when he is very busy.There is another guy who came down from Alma to help out and he took made you feel very welcomed,I am sure that these 3 people will be going good places in the future with their friendly, helpful and charming personality.Thank you Wendy's for hiring such beautiful people.“

“I moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place! Love it! 10/10“

“Extremely nice and polite service, didn't receive the sauce I asked for; but since I was eating my drive through order in the parking lot I just went in and got some. They have an outdoor eating area with lots of parking spaces. They have dine in and restrooms. Prices are similar to other fast food joints. Food was excellent and fast service.“

“We agreed to sit in the line for however long it took on one of the first few days it was open. The line stretched all the way out on Tittabawassee. But to our suprise we didnt sit for as long as we anticipated. Just under 45mins from the street.
The line was moving pretty orderly and quick. The crew was on top of their game. Our order was taken, confirmed further ahead and the food we recieved was made fresh. EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!! For just opening, you all did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!! 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽“

“This is me and my husband's favorite late night place to go. The food is hot. it's fresh, it's satisfying. They've got the best shakes among the affordable chains (in our opinions anyways). The employees and manager are friendly and were super understanding when my husband forgot he left his wallet at home.“

“Good food, especially the rangoons!!! The refresher drinks are not my favorite, but thats my opinion- they do taste good though! The bigger plate option is amazing, especially for anyone whos hungry or wants to try 3 of their entree options.“

“Absolutely love Big John’s. Amazing Food. Was there last night. Sept 28th. The woman looked like she was working hard. Taking orders & filling small cups. Will always show support to this location 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Side note there were two other gentleman not working but standing around laughing. the inside definitely looks like it needs to be kept clean as it was quite dirty after a long day at work. If the two gentlemen had time to laugh and stand around they had time to keep up through out the day a clean up.“

“The food was good. I am from the south and papa johns is very popular down there. Its been years since I've had Papa Johns. Drove 30mins to get some finally, and the pizza was just how I remember it! I am only giving 4 stars because the customer service was interesting. It was awkward, and felt like tentison was in the air. A coworker just sitting on her phone, another coworker having a small dispute with who I assumed was the manager on duty. Food was good, customer service was meh.“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“
