“Our first visit was tonight. We had the Sexy Bacon roll and the Papa Crema roll, as well as the firecracker shrimp appetizer. The dishes were works of art, with amazing combinations of flavors and textures. Our drinks were just iced water with lemon, but even the lemon was extra fragrant with big, generous slices. So delicious. And our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Will be back for sure.“

“Coming from the east coast I’ve had many opportunities to experience wonderful restaurants and service but this place was exceptional. It is in the customer service and how the staff threads in kindness throughout their actions. It’s subtle and should be watched for. It’s the little things that expand good service to great service and this is a very impressive group. Beyond that the food and wine were better than expected.“

“We have partnered with Pizza Baker several times to bring LIVE comedy to Midland and they are amazing folks! Our customers rave about the pizza. They go out of their way to tell us about how yummy those pies are that they get when laughing at the comedy shows at Three Bridges Distillery and Taproom. Pizza Baker is friendly, fast and delicious! What more could you ask for? 😋“

“This place is the best breakfast spot on town. It was busy and we only had to wait a few minutes to sit. If you aren't ready to order they will keep right on a moving. Those ladies make it look easy but it is by far not. Great food and good times!“

“Most of the staff are really friendly, and the pizza is killer. I really have as of late come to love their Chicago style deep dish. It's the best pizza I have ever had, and pizza is my favorite food haha!“

lots of vegetarian options, several gluten free options as well :) the nachos however were a sad disappointment check out their style before you order. I ordered steak nachos and it looked like next day leftovers, the chips were floppy and the steak looked like cooked lunchmeat??. I took a bite but couldn't eat it. Not a win for me. The pizza my husband got was amazing our drinks were great too.“

“I ordered take out tonight about 6:50pm. It said my order was going to be done at 7:20pm. I went in at 7:10pm and my food was ready to go. Food was very hot and very good. The young lady at the counter tonight went above and beyond. She had great costumer service.“

“Will not go again. This is a steak house and after making three attempts to make a filet mignon steak correct, still all three were mushy, gray, not seared and unable to cut. Ordered medium rare and never came back that way. Lobster tails sent out under cooked had to be sent back. Not charged for meal but made a special dinner not enjoyable. Our server was excellent.“
