“I came through the drive thru and the Manager (I'm so sorry, I can't remember her name although she told me), was so friendly and kind. Sadly, I had forgotten my card and asked if I could just get my drink. She gave me the whole meal at no cost. I needed this kindness. Little did she know, I was down in Mount Pleasant for my next blood draw as I was just diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Life has been hard and my mind has been all over the place (hence why I can't remember this sweet lady's name at the moment, maybe Destiny?). She told me, "We all have bad days, and need a little pick me up." I was so thankful for her. Please keep up the great work and keep being kind. You just never know when someone needs it.“

“We were a party of 8, including our kids, and Adam gave us absolutely outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, kind, professional, and attentive throughout our entire visit.
I can honestly say I have rarely experienced customer service like this. Even some 5-star restaurants don’t have someone as professional and welcoming as Adam. He truly knows how to make customers feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of.
I’m writing this review from experience, as I come from a family-owned restaurant background, so I know how important great customer service is and Adam definitely stands out.

“Congrats on finally being open! I came through and ordered a chicken bacon ranch with a free sub coupon I received. Wait time wasn’t too bad, staff was friendly. Things appeared to be running pretty smoothly for opening day. It’s nice to finally have one of these in town instead of having to wait until I’m in Midland to get it. 😃“

“LOVE their custard! Love getting the four-pack of custards from the freezer and eating on them for a while at home. Custard is a lot richer than ice cream you get in the grocery stores, so we are able to make a pint of Culver's custard last about the same amount of time as a quart of grocery store ice cream. The trick to our current diet is when we get a sugar craving, we take a spoon and dip it in the custard, salivate the taste and take 2-3 additional bites and then stop. It is hard, but once you get the hang of it, you will realize that the taste stays in your mouth for a long time. We have lost a lot of weight doing it this way. (about 100 lbs total.) We try to do it with grocery store ice cream, but it just isn't rich enough to do this trick with. So, all in all, Culver's Custard has helped us with our diet. Thank You Culver's!

We come to Mount Pleasant Michigan a couple times a year because our child attends college there last year. The few times we came and ordered out our orders were incorrect. The staff was rude. The staff was too busy to take people's orders playing on their phones. Horrible experiences the 2 times we were in last year. Well, yesterday, in the early afternoon, we made an order with a young lady and I would like to give hats off to her. She was so pleasant. I'm so kind. We really want to just stay in there and eat our Pizza. That atmosphere was amazing. I am very proud of the team you guys have this year. We want to send a special shout out to this young lady that served us apologize, if we have the name wrong, but we believe it was a kyla. Your hospitality skills in service are top of the line.Great job!“

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are endless.

Parking: There are only six spots and 1 is accessible. (Which is not wide enough) There is hardly any space to back out of spot without hitting another vehicle.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are too heavy to be accessible. If you can't get in, you cant purchase anything. Also, the counters are too tall.

Dietary restrictions: You choose your own topping and bead options.“

“It was just a bit before closing this past week at the place I was going to get food from , which I do Not like to do, but cooking was Not going to happen lol and I was Starving . Subway it was ... The atmosphere was quiet, warm and empty , Perfect ?, as well as Very clean . With All the Yummy , Healthy options , sometimes it's hard for me to decide , especially because I had waited so long getting around to eating and did I mention I was Starving ... The gal who helped me is my Hero and she doesn't even know it ... She was fantastic , it was as if she knew just what I wanted with her suggestions because she was right on the spot as to what would make stomach feel satisfied and do a happy dance lol , if that's at all possible ... The stress I was saved with Not having to battle the other voices in my head trying to decide what the heck I could concoct was much appreciated and needed lol ... The struggle Is real and I Know I do Not stand Alone on that one there hahahahaha ... Excellent service and atmosphere as always ...I highly recommend this location. The food has Always been fresh, full and well presented ... The areas around the food items have been neat and clean, which is a Huge plus for me ... “Kid-friendliness: This is one of the best Subways i’ve been too in a long time! The place was the cleanest restaurant i’ve seen. The staff was more than friendly and gave the place a relaxed feelings. The girl with long hair made my daughter a sub and was super nice and let her pick out her toy that came with her meal! “I dined inside and The food was meh…ok. Nothing bad or wrong with order yet wasn’t great either. The workers were super fast ! Which is great but i noticed it was almost pushy fast making some customers feel rushed. Bathroom was clean but sink water timer sucks not enough time to wash before going off and then having to struggle getting it back on.. the pop machine in dining room did not taste right. I tried over 15 flavors and it’s barely any flavor but lots of bubbles tho.Many people put there full pop cups on garbage can they didn’t like it and didn’t want to make a mess in garbage bag I assumed.“
