“The mancinis kitchen crew are amazing! Not only did they sponsor the south Lyon high school equestrian team they provided an amazing pizza party for the entire team! Their food was amazing especially the Cheesy bread and Supreme pizza! Highly recommend them they are a gem in the community for food and service!!!! Hands down my only pizza go to from now on!”

“Lyon Grill Restaurant is fabulous! I am writing my review even before I even get my main course because of how amazing the food and service is! Danielle(Pepper) is the best waitress I have ever been waited on by. She sold me on the yummy Lake Superior Walleye😍 Olga, the owner, was so sweet too! It was so nice of her to come over and say hi to us! The ingredients are fresh and high quality! My fiancé and I will definitely be back! Clean atmosphere, great quality food, and friendly faces!”

“I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience was when I held a private party at the South Lyon Hotel. All of the staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly, the food was top notch, and the drinks were never empty. I highly recommend considering this venue for any function where you need to hold a large group of people. The buffet was super everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you South Lyon Hotel!”

“food was fine. I'm learning more about Coney Island places. The Reuben was stacked with Corned Beef, so no issue with that, other than maybe it was a bit "over the top" in size, but I think that's a good thing. My wife figures her Tuna Melt was basically a whole normal size can of tuna on a sandwich. Another friend just loves their hot dogs (they did pile on the relish). The one place I'd fault them is that the Onion Rings weren't all that impressive. There was very little onion inside and the breading/coating wasn't all that tasty, but it was crunchy. Sadly for me, fried things with salt and ketchup still get my attention whether they are good choices for me or not! Our waitress was quite patient with us.”

“There is a pretty wide variety of menu choices. I enjoyed my double smash burgers with steak fries very much. The waitstaff staff was polite and handled our party of 11 like a veteran! Drinks were always full, food was served together and without delay. I will definitely go back next time we are out that way.”

“I was bummed they were out of quite a bit of things. I came specifically for a strawberry rhubarb beer which was the first of around 6 items we asked about that they were out of.

The ones we did get were very good still. Good was also quite tasty, jalapeno corn chowder soup, fried pickles, beat and goat cheese salad , a would recommend all !

My cousin got the fried goat cheese which we were excited about but there’s barely any pear or balsamic on it which was also disappointing.”

“For my mom’s 90th birthday, we had food catered from Benitos. There were about 50 people scheduled to attend, so I had a lot of questions about how much to order, but Ali was very patient and helpful throughout the process. In fact, when there was a mix up with the order, Ali made sure we had what we needed at no extra charge to us. The food was delivered in time, and the party goers were very complimentary about the food. Thank you, Ali, for helping to make my mom’s party a success.”

“Typically, we have a positive experience at the Culver’s in South Lyon. HOWEVER, after placing a simple drive thru order, we waited 25 minutes for the food. There were at least six other cars waiting for their orders as well. THEN, in checking the order before I drove away, I noticed the order was incomplete so went through the drive thru again. Took the manager two trips to our car BEFORE we had everything we ordered. For the delay and missing items, the manager shared two blue poker like chips and he said these are for your troubles today “boss” and walked away. It’ll be a while before we return!”

“Don't let the appearance of this place fool you -- the food is quite good. The veggies are fresh and crisp. The shrimp are large and tasty. Large portions also -- one quart is two full meals for me.”
