Danielle(Pepper) is the best waitress I have ever been waited on by. She sold me on the yummy Lake Superior Walleye😍 Olga, the owner, was so sweet too! It was so nice of her to come over and say hi to us! The ingredients are fresh and high quality! My fiancé and I will definitely be back! Clean atmosphere, great quality food, and friendly faces!“

All of the staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly, the food was top notch, and the drinks were never empty. “We had dinner for my birthday, outside on the back patio. My husband had Mess o Perch, I had the Crispy Chicken Salad. Both were excellent. The Cole slaw and tartar sauce served with the Mess o Fish were exceptionally good. We haven’t eaten at The Bar in a while and had forgotten just how good the food is.“

“We went to label for lunch and it did not disappoint. The service from beginning to end was very nice and friendly. The food was really good. My husband had the meatball and he said “ best meatball sandwich ever” and the fries were perfectly cooked. “A little relaxing place with EXCELLENT Detroit-Style Deep Dish Pizza. The Dill Pickle and Reuben Pizzas are our favorites! We love watching games at the Shamrock. Karaoke brings a fun crowd.. Went to stingers for a drink since it’s been a while since we’ve been here. I sat down and I had my beer right in front of me before I even ordered! The girls working are always so friendly and enjoy our time there!!

Needed a new place to hang out and we decided to try this place out. It looked a little intimidating but It certainly didn’t disappoint, a girl in a biker bar it was amazing! The girls were so nice and welcoming! Will definitely coming back here for some drinks and foods!!“

We grabbed seats at the bar where the bartender (wish we caught her name!) was super friendly and efficient. Two drinks and a pizza came out unbelievably fast — the whole experience took just about 30 minutes start to finish. Truly a job well done. “Amazing pizza, I got the price buster, (minus sausage, add bacon, with light sauce,) and although it didn't have light sauce, they hooked up the toppings, as always, and gave me a ton of bacon. They always give you your money's worth, I love this Cottage Inn, possibly the best Cottage Inn, even better then the original one, in Ann Arbor. Whoever made my pizza should get a raise. “I was asked to review you since we were at your restaurant. Below is exactly what I posted on my page. Overall the experience was ok, but in a competitive environment that the restaurant and bars are in this will not keep you in the forefront. Unfortunately this page would not allow me to add the pics I posted as well. If you know me personally, you know we do not frequent chain stores of any kind. We typically shop and buy from local businesses. With that said, occasionally we do go to a chain business. Today we went to the Chili’s in Brighton, MI. The front door had a sign that it will slam when you come in. One of the urinals in the men’s room doesn’t work. The place is aged and it shows. This place could use a facelift if they are to compete with the other local businesses in the area. The food was good even though utensils were not provided. The beer specials are good value and the taps are producing a cold beer that tastes as it should. This is good considering many places have poor draft beer due to a lack of good maintenance programs, causing them to produce beers with off flavors. I also had a house margarita. (Pictured below in the pint glass). It was ok at best. The presentation is what you would expect. The flavor screams run of the mill drink. This is certainly not a craft cocktail but I have had lesser drinks in other places. The other drink I had was the Tequila Trifecta. (Pictured below in the rocks glass) The drink is definitely tequila forward. While it is not a balanced cocktail, it is something I would expect a corner bar to make. It was very boozy forward yet drinkable. The presentation was what you would expect for a margarita. Overall, we had an ok experience in this Chili’s restaurant. It wasn’t an experience I would not be jumping up and down for. I was not overly impressed, but I also do not have anything that would make me call the manager over to talk. So if you’re looking for an ok experience, this is the place for you. The food is decent and the drinks were ok. Nothing that will knock your socks off.“
