“I visited on 1/26/2025.
No one was in line but two people were waiting for their order when i arrived. I placed my order at 1:37 pm. I ordered 1 mini cheese burger with everything except mushrooms. Total was $9.95. I got my sandwich order at 1:50 pm. Two people that ordered after me got theirs before me. I respect that everything is cooked fresh.
Thr burger was good, not great but not happy waiting 13 minutes.“

“Tiffany was our server today, and she genuinely cared about delivering excellent service with a friendly flair. I ordered the vegetarian skillet over waffle fries instead of hashbrowns, which the staff seemed to get a kick out of as no one had ordered that way before. The little one wanted one egg scrambled and one egg fried light. They didn't complain about this tweak either. We found the place very accommodating with lots of regulars. The food was quick and satisfying. I look forward to Tiffany assisting us again.“

“I’m typically not a fan of any Coney Island restaurant and generally don’t dine in them but this one deserves a shout-out! Every time my brother comes in town, no matter how far his hotel stay is in the suburbs, he’s coming here for breakfast and says repeatedly, “There’s no place in Virginia that even compares to Lon’s”. ONE COOK is grilling for an entire dining area of people and how he can navigate the orders, get them right and serve the customers delicious, piping hot food in a timely fashion is short of amazing! He’s quiet and doesn’t have time to ‘chit chat’ but will speak briefly. Omelets are fresh and delicious. Specify if you want your hash browns ON THE SIDE, otherwise they may be stuffed inside which is still good. Wait staff is pleasant and accommodating but most importantly, cooking and prep area is clean and tidy. Enjoy!“

“West Bloomfield location is 💯🔥 great clean spot. Great friendly customer service and of course great food. The bowls are addictive lol. Me and my Gf love the food. We live over cass lake Waterford and this location is 5 min away where West Bloomfield/Orchard Lake border is. We are repeat customers now. “I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. Just on the edge of what I can tolerate heat wise (I am a wimp). Great taste. I used the consomme to make birria ramen for a later meal. (Just beef ramen, 2 sticks string cheese, and the consomme). It was also great, very satisfying.“

“Delicious and flavorful food. Friendly staff. Mexican style/street tacos flare. Positive energy vibe, plenty of seating available. I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

“I came here with my boyfriend and we both ordered burgers, and the gal up front was very nice. I have a gluten allergy and asked for an item to be left off along with a gluten free bun because of my allergy, and they accidentally included it on my meal still. I didn't realize until I got home and I live a good distance away so I called, and they were so apologetic it almost made me feel bad ? they immediately refunded the entire order and continued to apologize profusely. What I did have of my meal was fantastic and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the allergy, literally everything else was perfect. I'll be back and I'll also refer some friends, gluten free or not. Double check in the store for sure if you do have an allergy. But they're so understanding and accommodating of food restrictions that I will still eat here and encourage my gf friends to try it too. I had the blazing burger, the Cajun fries, and my boyfriend had a make your own- Fantastic, all of it, fantastic!

“This is my second time coming to this location near my place. I ordered combo number two. It’s pretty consistent across all their locations. They provide excellent service and good food, and they get you in and out. I believe it was, which is too, delicious: Coney dogs, fries, and a drink. Kerby’s is pretty consistent across all their locations. They provide great service and good food and get you in and out.“

“Got the burger not terrible but not great either the burger patty was not juicy, kinda dry and overcooked. The fries were good and crispy.
My son loved his Chilli cheese dog, so maybe I ordered wrong.
Atmosphere was nice and unlike the other food chains refills on drinks are free.
The chocolate cake shake is a definite must try, if you love chocolate, and make sure you grab a spoon to eat it .
The consistency is like a frosty.
Overall not bad, but not great either.
Parking: Plenty of parking no issue with parking at all.“

“Great salad and Natalie, who assisted with my carry-out order, was very sweet and competent. Salad was big enough for 2 meals. Yesterday was my first visit and I will be sure to return often. My only minimal complaint is a slice of rye should be included with salad.“
