“It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. I will continue going to boardwalk subs always.“

“This subway is the best subway I’ve been to and I have been to many other subways. Their customer service is outstanding and genuine. I want to give a shout-out to Patience Humphrey that works there. She has excellent communication and every time I go she is always working so hard and she does everything she can to her best ability and she is overall an amazing worker and she has great work ethic. Most definitely recommend going to this subway. You will get nothing but great service!“
“I work right next door and I can get a quick bite to eat in my break. The delivery is great and my sandwich is always the way I order it. The staff is beyond friendly and I love getting the day old bread for my vegetarian son. He loves his lettuce sandwiches.“

“I usually have amazing service at this location both through the drive thru and inside. However, I stopped by tonight at 9:05pm since Google told me they’re open until 10pm. I saw 2 employees inside and no one answered the drive thru window and they looked like they were closing down the shop about an hour earlier than their listed hours. Needless to say I was pretty bummed.“

“When you place an order to a restaurant, whether it be a sit-down place or fast food, you don't expect just quality food, you expect quality service as well. I am pleasantly surprised to say I have been served the greatest customer service at this particular location. I ordered a "#6 The Boss" with double meat and left a message wondering how they were going to fit everything, and I asked if they could put any extra meatballs into a container. The staff was very friendly, and my order was handed to me only moments after reaching the window. When I got home, I noticed there was a handwritten message on the wrapper letting me know they did indeed fit everything into the sandwich. When I opened the wrapper, there was a second surprise waiting for me. Attached was a bag with a small cup with one meatball, with a smiley face drawn on the lid. This absolutely made my day and assured me that this location is the best around.
