“Pleasantly surprised at this location. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Sandwiches made quickly and correctly. Ingredients all appeared fresh. Meal of the day is an inexpensive tasty option. Restaurant and prep areas were spotless.“

“It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. “Best meatball sub that I've ever gotten at any subway.. The meatballs were actually hot and the sauce was hot. It was toasted perfectly. This location should be training all the other subways and how to make it. They also have a drive-thru.“

“I enjoy the food but why did every single MD I've been to have a heavy looking cabinet mounted directly above the toilet?

Seems like a dangerous placement, if anything were to happen, the cabinet would fall down directly onto the unsuspecting customer and likely kill them“

“I work right next door and I can get a quick bite to eat in my break. The delivery is great and my sandwich is always the way I order it. The staff is beyond friendly and I love getting the day old bread for my vegetarian son. He loves his lettuce sandwiches.“

“We love this location. The employees are exceptionally friendly and are so customer focused. We eat there (take out), rather often and have never had a bad experience at all. The food is always fresh and reasonably priced too. Keep up the great work!“

“I visited this location as it was on my way to work. I walked in to order and the girl just blankly looked at me. No greeting, no smile, no how can I help you. I asked her if she was taking orders. I order two sandwiches and brought them into work. My bread was so crunchy on the bottom it was as though it had been toasted. Not the best visit, probably won't go to that location again.“

“I ordered several boxes of half subs for my daughters grad party. When I arrived to pickup, everything was packed up into sturdy bags with everything I needed (condiment packs and napkins). The subs worked out great for the party. They were all fresh, individually wrapped, boxes were marked for easy identification and were a big hit with the guests! It was super easy, no prep from me and well worth the costs. I would absolutely order again for future gatherings.“
