I called her last minute in a panic because none of my other bakeries could work with me and my time frame, but Amie did! I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Cookies. They were one of the most DELICIOUS cookies I have ever personally tried. She’s the only baker I call now. “The best cookies and cinnamon roll in Metro Detroit. The cinnamon rolls are huge, made fresh and served warm on the weekends. They are always a big hit at my Open Houses! Highly recommend both, and I look forward to trying the ice cream cookie sandwich. it looks amazing, you can customize your sandwich by choosing your choice of cookies and ice cream flavors.“
