“Perfect! Diner experience- tables turn quick even when it's extremely busy. Food is about as good as you can possibly get in a diner which is awesome. Service is fast. Portions are large and prices are on par. The potato cake is far and away our favorite couple of that with sausage, gravy and biscuits and a side of bacon. Most unhealthy but most delicious breakfast. You can get. Every time we're in town this is our stop for breakfast“

My teenage daughter was unhappy with the choice that she made and the waitress seen the disappointment on her face. Food was good, a bit salty but overall really good. Total bill was $10.06 after tax, and I was able to pay the waitress directly since I had cash and exact change. The restaurant is large with ample seating and my server was fabulous. Not over decorated but well done enough that I didn't feel like it was old or dated. Some of the food dishes can be on the pricier side here but overall not half bad. Would return in the future if I was in the area.“

“Came here for dinner the other day and wanted pork chops. On the menu, there are bbq pork chops, and there are also grilled pork chops. After a small, what's the difference chat with the waitress I ordered the grilled. Now I have ate thousands of pork chops in my life and every one of them had a small y bone in them, but these grilled pork chops were round with no bone and they weren't grilled but pan fried. I told the waitress that these are not pork chops. These are slices of pork loin, she argued with me and told me they have never served pork chops with bones in them. Bottom line is they have never served pork chops. So if you want a really good pork chop dinner go up the road to Hometown grill you won't be disappointed.“

“Visiting from Miami it's important to stop at Big boy my Michigan staple. Have to say this particular location was on top of it, manager visited the table even though he was cooking in the kitchen. Two servers checked on how we were doing which is very uncommon these days. Great job with hospitality. My only comment would be is for those tables sitting right outside your expo window calling for your servers by name with the order up, could probably be done more professionally with a bell that got dinged to let them know orders are ready to be run... Just saying from one hospitality person to another... ?“
