“Chicken Bella and The Proper burger were both amazing. The Ahi Tuna is NOT worth $22, seeing as it's mainly just a cabbage salad, with like 7 pieces of tuna. Although, the dressing on it was great. Margaritas were okay. The host that took our drink order was very blah, wouldn't look at us, smile, asked drinks and walked away. We weren't sure if she was our waitress or not, she set waters down and just walked away, would have been nice to be told that she wasn't our server so we weren't confused. But also, not a huge deal. Server was awesome, super friendly, and quick with service but patient when we asked if we could take our time. They stayed on top of pre-bussing the table, which is always appreciated. Definitely will be back!“

Had a great experience at Applebee’s! The food was fresh and flavorful—I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, and it was perfectly seasoned. “I really enjoy the Mug Pub. Almost all of their dishes are great, but since they reopened after the fire, the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk. It could be a combination of factors like COVID and inflation, but it’s definitely something to note. They have a new dish called the hamburger steak, which is excellent—just watch out for the onions! I’m also a big fan of their wings. The drinks and atmosphere are very nice, and they have a lovely outdoor patio. It’s a great neighborhood bar with a decent menu, and the drinks are solid as well. The staff has always been nice and pleasant. There are tons of TVs for watching games, etc. For what it is, the food is generally above average, though a bit pricey for what you get. That said, I’d still recommend it.“

“We held our private event in the enclosed patio at Firebird in Troy. The patio was heated and decorated to look like a lodge. All of our guests felt like they were in a homey environment. The food and the service was impeccable. Our guests were so pleased at the attention to detail and the promptness of the serving staff. The event manager, Jenna, made the entire planning process easy and stress free. She helped us set up our buffet menu and was there day of assisting in decorating and making sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend hosting a private event here and plan to do so myself for future events!“

“I went to Jimmy's during on March 20th to watch NCAA games. Lisa was my bartender. She was great. She put on the games for me. I asked her to make me a Spanish coffee and looked it up so she can make it for me. She did a good job with that. I had soup and a tuna melt both were very good and satisfying. “Where to begin… the food, customer service, and game nights? It’s all a win! Theo and Franz have been my server the last few weeks during the Lions games. They are both so nice and quick to get drinks out. Next, the food, food specials for the lions game, plus drink and food combos/deals. Their regular food menu is already amazing. The kitchen manager Bill, makes the BEST egg rolls weekly, changing it up and me trying every new one has been amazing. Jay the general manager, is always checking in on the tables and does a raffle for lions jerseys!! Leah the bartender is simply the best, my favorite bar 💗

After coming here for all the Lions game this season, as well as coming back for the amazing staff. I decided to have my college graduation dinner here on Saturday. Bill, made a custom menu that catered to all the taste buds my family has. Homemade mac and cheese, Alfredo were amazing. Pulled pork sliders and the meatballs were out of this world. Bill has the talent to amaze his customers and that is why we keep coming back. Jay, the gm is seriously the most caring and helpful person making sure his staff and customers are always taken care off. Thank you to Cjs pub for making my graduation so memorable!“

“The Hideout shocked me, i drove by for many years and figured it was a hole/little bar. When I walked in the interior was very nice. So the business end of the review, i had a cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was so darn good I was shocked. I came back the following night it was so good hoping they could replicate it, im not here for the drinks but the cheeseburger! Once again the chef comes through with a home run. Ill be back tomorrow or the next day, its that good and its of tremendous value, im not sure how they do it. The place is a gem!“

We ordered fried pickles, my husband had the truffle burger with truffle fries & I had the shrimp ravioli (suggested by Trent). Everything was delicious!! “Well, this is your typical somewhat hole in the wall bar, although a little more upscale than that.

The food typically is pretty good. The service not so much.

I probably should have given a little higher score for atmosphere.

My two biggest issues. The relatively minor, but annoying.
First, for most things other than fries there's an upcharge, about three bucks. But they don't tell you that typically, even when you ask
The other problem is they have begun charging a credit card surcharge. They are required by law to post notice of that, prominently displayed, and to let you know about it. But they don't do it.
Those two things are off putting.
Overall, though, reasonably good place.

Birthday, Christmas, Work, Family reunions and game day parties can all be held here. The owner and staff are so nice and accommodating. The FOOD is AMAZING! We had over 75 guests at my husband birthday party and we served pizza, wings and appetizers. Everyone LOVED everything! Many compliments about the food from our family and friends! The food, staff, service and room we held his birthday party in exceeded all expeditions! Prices were very affordable. So many big screens tv’s! Great atmosphere for any occasion. We all had such a great time watching the game while celebrating my husband’s birthday! Most important, my husband had a great time!!

“Took our first trip to this place just last night. Has a little bit of everything for those not looking to stay seated during dinner. Food took forever though and was decent. Waitress was a little lost with constantly asking our table of 6 what they ordered and whose drink went with whose order. Other than that the atmosphere was pretty cool. We played some cornhole, which was decently priced by the hour ($10). Plus they had classic arcade games, free to play like Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong along with 90’s classics like Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz and House of the Dead. Plus over a dozen pinballs. Arcade area was a sight to see since most places now use carnival or ticket games. They also had a poker room which was full. Did not see any pool tables, darts or disc golf so not sure if those get removed during poker night. I’d consider coming back but not during their busier times. It was more than half capacity but id imagine an even further delay on food or your wait staff being really lost handling more than 20 orders at multiple tables. Either way I’d recommend it as long as you aren’t really hungry going in or don’t like huge crowds.“

“I moved to SCS 5 months ago and have never been here before. My family and I have tried carryout from several restaurants and we always end up with Gilbert’s. Great food, service & prices. I had my daughters 1st birthday in their banquet room yesterday and I’m over the moon happy with how it turned out! The staff was super helpful and always around when I needed anything. With no way to catch the big game at home, CJ Mahoney's was the perfect destination. Nestled in a cozy booth, we had our own personal TV, the perfect setup for an immersive viewing experience.

We kicked off the game with a classic Supreme Pizza, a cheesy, saucy delight topped with a colorful array of ingredients. While she sipped on a couple of refreshing 7 and 7's, I opted for a crisp Diet Coke. Later, we indulged in a flavorful cheese Quesadilla, a cheesy, crispy treat that hit the spot.

Despite the packed house, the staff handled the crowd with impressive efficiency. They were friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks flowing.
