“I had a ranch snack wrap it was good and fresh I almost crashed my car to eat and the fries so fresh i could’ve cried this McDonald what I’m talking about and the staff are really sweet and fast as a person who does not cook I appreciate a good McDonalds nowadays it’s rare to find one“

“I cannot begin to describe how lovely this place is. The people working here are super nice and inviting and dont trade this off for actual skill. I had placed my order and was busy talking to the people there and before I knew it they gave me a box and told me it was my order. I want to highlight one of the workers there, Bella. She was absolutely phenomenal super inviting with a really bright personality. 10/10 her service was incredible!! I don’t think I will go to any other place for food except here.“

“I don't like eating in my car but I LOVE eating at the drive-up A&W in Berkley. Most of the time I park and order/eat at the small tables on the west side of the building. Typically I get the Papa Burger and a foot long hot dog. I ALWAYS get a mug of root beer. There is nothing quite like a tall, ice-cold mug of A&W root beer straight out of the tap. I think it is the cane sugar which tastes like my childhood. It never disappoints and always delivers on good feelings. If you see a guy munching on a burger in one hand and frosty mug of root beer in the other next to a motorcycle parked out front - that's me!“

“Wendy’s is my favorite fast food, with the app, the biggie bag, and the frosty tag (if they still do that), it’s the cheapest by far. The Hill road location isn’t always the fastest but I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order.“

Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! “Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“

“The food is really good I ordered a burger with mayo pickles and onions and I also ordered Parmesan fries but he forgot to put Parmesan in my fries but it was ok. The service wasn’t as good. It was only better when Sam the owner was there but those other people took like 40 minutes with my order just for 2 burgers and fries. The place is really small too it had 2 tables only. I would definitely come back tho and I recommend this place!“

“I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!
Sidenote - I won't even tell anybody at my training the name of it or where it is because I don't want my favorite lunch spot to get too blown up. IYKYK??“

“It has been a long time since I went to a fast food restaurant drive-through, and I give this establishment 10 stars from the time I pulled up the young lady greeted me with a smile and said hello. Her demeanor was so pleasant and friendly and once I reach the young man to pay for my order, same exact attitude, wonderful, and even informed me because I had my fur baby with me that this Chick-fil-A had pet treats once I arrived up at the window. The gentleman spoke and passed my order and told me to have a good day by that time. The young man that I had paid came up, went inside and gave me the dog treat this attitude and demeanor should be done at all restaurants. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A and Southfield and you all keep up the good work thank you. and the drive-through was quick. I did not sit long once again thank you for a wonderful experience.“

“This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

“Here I thought I was about to have a bad experience, but it was just the opposite. I had ordered food at one restaurant for drive through pickup when the app tells me my order is at another store about 3 miles away. It said the store I was going to order from wasn't honoring the promo so it sent me to the closest one that did. I was like ok but I was on a time schedule so I called the new place when I got there asking where's the drive through? The lady that answered said they didn't have one but would gladly bring it to my car since I had already paid for it on line. She, with a smile on her face, put it in my car and thanked me for my purchase. The food was great when got home and everyone enjoyed it. They called the day before to let us know they had a lot of catering orders and said they might be a little late which we were fine with. The owner dropped off our order to ensure we got everything on time and that we were satisfied. Great service and all our guests loved the food!“

“This place is fire I have no clue who made, this chicken but they know what there doing the last time I had this chicken it was juicy and bursted with flavor. The lemon pepper powder on the fries and chicken gives it a nice kick the ranch they can either provide you with or you ask for it gose bomb with this chicken I'd recommend this place 100% Goodluck. since this will knock you out with flavor!“

“It's Costco so there's always a shopping atmosphere. Food is tasty but the ordering system is geared toward kiosk purchases, as it usually takes a few minutes to get an employee to the register for cash purchases. Also, there was an issue with the the food bags which some food items were contained in. It appears it's been addressed by offering foil wrapping in place to the parchment type paper“

“Super nice but had me pull around to get my order and asked about sauce prior to bring out. Came and gave me my food at the door and went back inside. Had ordered sauce for the kids meal, ranch and marinara for cheese sticks and asked for Arby's and Horsey Sauce. They only gave me one thing or marinara and forgot the rest. Was too busy to drive back around and the door had been locked. But the male cashier was really nice!! A women ran out tye order and while polite, just quickly took off before I could ask her for the rest. Obviously not a huge deal and maybe they were busy, but I more thinking they trying to close up, which I understand as I worked at a bar until 2am for a long time. That said, it was prior to 9pm so fairly early. Overall I for the most part get great food and great service from this location. Perhaps just an off day ?“

“Haven't been there since I was a we boy 50 odd years ago. Honestly it wasn't bad just like they used to make back then.
Of course that $6.24 beef and cheddar only cost 75 cents back then.

“Went here after the Glass Animals concert, apparently everyone and their mama had the same idea. The line was long, and I thought that the poor workers were going to blow a gasket, but when we finally got to order, we had the nicest worker ever! She was so sweet and patient. It was also about 1AM, so props on these workers for providing good food and friendly service :)“

“Saw this restaurant driving down Orchard Lake and we were intrigued so had to stop by for lunch. With 2 adults & 2 kids, we all ate everything. The kimchi fries were yummy. Had a classic corn dog, a potato crusted spicy sausage, 2 Hands 1/2 cheese 1/2 sausage and an all cheese 2 Hands. We'll definitely eat here again. Ordered from the kiosk when we got in, food came out quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. We didn't need much but the limited employee engagement was positive. If you're looking for something different, give this place a try.“
