“Loved this place!! Went here for my husband’s bday with couple of our frends, they had a hand written note wishing him bday which was very sweet .We ordered Natsu , unkai , juraku & hiro in speciality rolls , lobster fried rice - which had an amazing taste full points to the fried rice but the lobster was very chewy which was a disappointment but ignored it cos overall the food was 10/10 . Also we had their handmade fries which was just perfect fries . We had couple of cocktails and sake. Overall amazing service and the end of the dinner they lit a candle to celebrate my husband bday.“

“Perfect dinner at Hazel's. Ate at the bar, where Heather is a wonderful and engaging bartender-server! Cocktail was well-made, the Rockfish was perfect, the potatoes were amazing! Service was top notch. Couldn't have been happier to choose this spot for a late dinner!!“

“The ambiance at this steakhouse was exceptional - the dimly lit dining room, plush leather seating, and elegant decor created a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made sure the dining experience was nothing short of perfect, and Mo is a very attentive manager. I had fresh, briny oysters as an appetizer. I then had the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and flavorful. The accompanying lobster mac and cheese was rich and creamy, with a delightful crunch on top. To cap off the meal, I had the decadent butter cake for dessert. The sweet, buttery crumb was complemented by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, creating a genuinely indulgent finale to an exceptional dining experience. Throughout the meal, I sipped on a perfectly balanced old fashioned, which added a lovely depth of flavor and rounded out the flavors of the various courses. Overall, this steakhouse delivered on all fronts - the service was impeccable, the ambiance was sophisticated and inviting, and the food was delicious from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“

“Surprisingly ended up here because one of the other Mexican restaurants we went to closed for the day. Some decent Mexican that can be an alternative to your go to around the area.Chips and salsa: they bring out mild salsa initially, so make sure you ask for hot or green if you want some different flavor. The mild was a bit sweet for my taste.Horchata: the large is huge, share it with your significant other or kiddos. Be aware that there are no refills on refrescas or horchata. Decent amount of cinnamon flavor, not overly sweet. Would get it again.Tacos: I had an al pastor, chorizo and lengua. lengua was tender and tasty. Al pastor was flavorful and slightly sweet from pineapple. Chorizo was a pass for me.My wife had a combination with mole sauce on an enchilada and that had a unique flavor. Nice change up for anyone wanting to try a mole sauce.Looks like they have specials on certain days of the week and I would say that can make it more affordable for those looking to save some money.“

“Service is always good. I've had a lot of seafood places and have also worked in some as well. The seafood here is really good with its flavors. Surprisingly enough, I really enjoy their wings the most. It's a nice restaurant that I wouldn't expect to see in a place like Michigan, but I'd consider it a hidden gem. I'm surprised they're not more busy.“

“Really lovely place! The food came out fast and everything was affordable and delicious, especially the lunch deal. Medium spice level was actually perfectly medium spicy ❤️? Also love that you can order a small size soup. Thai iced tea was tall and creamy and delicious. The inside of the place is also really cute and clean. Would come back again :)Vegetarian options: You can get tofu as the protein in most dishes!“

“I have ordered from here tons of times and the food is great, but last night I was unpleasantly surprised to find a piece of metal in my food. Can you please help me identify where it came from? I had to pull it from my teeth and it scratched my gums.“
“Whenever the Iraqi business man travel, he leaves a successful impact, I am so proud of the Iraqi owner of this place who was able to attract the high level people on this prestigious area..I like to go there as soon as I visit Michigan, the food there is amazing specially the buffalo shrimp is the best“

“I made reservations for my boyfriend's birthday, and the staff made it an awesome experience. When the host took our name, he mentioned that they made us a personalized Happy Birthday menu (it was the cutest) and set us up at a cute little table where we could have some privacy. The ONLY drawback was that we were sat specifically so we could have a little privacy and quiet, but then, about a half hour in, the loudest group of seniors sat at a 12 top next to us. Within the first two minutes, they had managed to spill three drinks and knock over two chairs. They also brought in their own food, which I felt was disrespectful, but the restaurant was very accommodating. The food was amazing, and the bill was much less than I expected. If you're looking for the perfect roasted duck - this is the place! I would absolutely recommend it to a friend!“

“Wonderful food and great service..To begin, we shared both the crab cake appetizer and the mussels.. The broth for the mussels was so good, that we wanted to drink it as soup after we finished the mussels. The crab cakes were full of crab with like filler. For the main course we ordered the bouillibase. and the whitefish. Both were prepared perfectly. Delicious, well presented and good sized portions. Even though we had to take some of our entrees home, we still ordered dessert to split, the dark chocolate crème brûlée. So good- warm dark chocolate custard with a perfect caramelized sugar topping. The service was amazing. Attentive, pleasant and offered great suggestions. Even though the restaurant was packed, we never felt ignored. If you are looking for a casual seafood meal with top notch food and service, Streetside Seafood is a terrific choice.“

“Oh my, one of the best new experiences we have had in fine dining for a while! Went with a group of 12, had a private room and the BEST server, Daniel. Several of us ordered the 1 lb. whole fish. Daniel recommended which treatment was best with which fish so we ordered the Branzino baked in salt and the Dover sole and Orata (sea bream) baked in parchment, called aqua pazza. The Branzino was delicious and the salt method kept the fish moist and seasoned, but not salty. The parchment method made the other fish very moist and tasty and were baked with capers, purple potatoes and other vegetables. All the fish were filleted in a lovely table side presentation. Oh my goodness, those were awesome! Others at the table had some pasta dishes which were gone before we could even get a photo! One was the shrimp with pesto and it was also presented beautifully. We had several appetizers too which were good and so was the house bread. Because we were celebrating a birthday with our own cake, we did not get a chance to try the desserts. But we will be back to try not only more appetizers, but the desserts and the awesome coffee! I really appreciate a good coffee after a good meal not all restaurants pay attention to that final detail. And a wonderful job by Daniel, you should ask for him! Excellent experience!“

“Enjoyed our meal with a few issues. The spicy soup was just vegetable soup with tobacco added? You could literally taste the tobacco. Why? Catfish jambalaya was good. Could have used some spice. We went on Valentine's day. 90 minute meal time which was fine. But the manager was irritating. Kept walking by gotta move tables he muttered Staring at us. After dinner they were literally standing ready to set our table. We had only been there an hour. Manager kept walking by shaking his head. If we would have been there 90 minutes I could understand. But we weren't. He was really irritating us.“

“I went to this hidden gem in Farmington Hills for a work event and was impressed with the food and setting. The restaurant itself is set on the actual course with indoor and outdoor seating with great views of the course. The food was also great. We had both American and Greek appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees and everything was super good. This is a great place to go with your family or friends, a secret that is soon to get out!“

“Just like the many other reviews on here, the bread is delicious. I got the filet with shrimp scampi, and the sauce was phenomenal. The portions were a tad bit small, but it is expected with places like this. My boyfriend got the angel of the seas pasta, and he said it's one of the best seafood pastas he's had in a while.Although the food was great, service was just ok. Our waitress seemed like she was already done for the day.“

“I dined at The Village Place for the first time last night - I just didn’t feel like cooking, and decided to start dining within my city. I was served the best BLT I’ve ever had - crisp bacon, juicy tomato, crunchy lettuce. This sandwich was made by someone with skills. I rashly ordered a slice of coconut cream pie, and it was huge - coconut cream and whipped cream both battling for supremacy. They have an extensive menu - I’ll be back.“
“I seriously can't get enough of this place! You cannot beat their games, brews, or food. The "Funky Pizza" is literally the best in town. Service is always top notch and phenomenal. You can come here for the day and enjoy pool, bumper pool, darts, golf games, and shuffle board.“

“So very, very good! Had a loaded burrito and gringo quesadilla. Some of the best Mexican food we have had in all of SE Michigan! Service was good, too. Regarding ambiance...well I think we will do carry out next time. Metal silverware would have been very helpful for people eating in the restaurant. But we will definitely be back for the food!“

“Front staff was a little short tempered and fairly rude this visit. We just needed to seat 5 people at the non high top tables as we had one person who was handicapped joining our party. Waitress was pretty good, and the food was decent.Parking: When super busy parking is a little tricky but right next to Busch's grocery store, so can walk a lil bit if needed. They have several handicapped parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was ok with my autistic daughter.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“We really had a good time at Joe Muer West Bloomfield last night. The restaurant is spacious with a cool, relaxed ambiance. There's a dress code to eat here so be sure to adhere to that. Everyone in the restaurant was dressed business casual at minimum and it honestly added to the upscale vibe of the whole place. We started off with a dozen oysters, half east coast half west. The presentation was impeccable and the oysters super fresh. The lobster bisque and clam chowder were also fresh and lip-smacking tasty . For our main dishes, we had the miso glazed Chilean sea bass, the king crab tagliatelle pasta, and the crab stuffed Atlantic flounder. All three were amazing; filling and delicious and didn't sit heavy in the stomach. We ended the night with some of their coconut chiffon cake - which is a must have; its a combo that's impossible to describe but so wonderful that you'd wonder why no one else ever thought of it - and their cookie sundae. Again, perfect! But probably my personal favorite was the Re-Fashioned bourbon cocktail, which is, and I quote: "Knob Kreek Rye, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, Rabarbaro Zucca Amaro, Angostura bitters, orange peel". It's absolutely perfect, especially those who enjoy a good bourbon drink. Tiny sips of this enhanced every single dish and really made my night. Our server was Josh and he made the whole dining experience fun and memorable. He was super personable, responsive and attentive. Thank you, Josh, for a great dining experience! Overall, this place is fantastic and I'd recommend it without hesitation.“

The fries are amazing probably the best item yall have besides the bbq sauce. I love bbq sauce lol but the shrimp is solid it’s not amazing but it’s not horrible. “I had gotten chicken pad thai take out. 4/5 spiciness and whoah. I love hot food, Chile's and such. If you aren't used to eating hotter than a jalapeño then stay below a 3! Lol other than that the noodles were good, sauce was awesome and chicken had great flavor. I am no baby and finished the whole lunch portion! Will do it again but likely a 3/5 spicey ?“

“I had my birthday celebration at Sportmens Great Northern Grill. The owner Tom and manager Nicole made sure to make my day the most special! I was able to rent one side of the dining room. I was able to decorate my area however i wanted tables, balloons, and centerpieces etc.. Jen the waitress, was the kindest and so very thorough in the care and service for my family and friends. The bartenders Sam and Bri were super attentive to not only my party but the customers at the bar. Overall it was an amazing afternoon and i would certainly allow Sportsmens Great Northern Grill to host any event of mine in the future.“

“Best Lobster Bisque and Fish & Chips in Michigan. The lightly breaded haddock with lemon caper sauce (instead of the typical mayonnaise & relish tarter sauce) is excellent. The decor is nice, and I'm a big fan of natural lighting, but something seems off in this space. Maybe the windows should be tinted or covered in fishing nets? The pizza side is more attractive during the day or night.“
