“10/10!! The service and food here was amazing! The location was very clean inside (even though it was snowy and salty outside), this was my first time eating at this location as I was traveling.
The staff was very friendly and patient as well, my brother and I were checked up on several times by the individual behind the counter. I was even more impressed with the fact that I never saw anyone just standing around while no customers were coming in. Every person in the building was always doing something. Whether it was sweeping the entry way floors, wiping tables, or cleaning counters, everyone was working together! And as customers would come in, they were waited on almost instantly no matter what was going on. I love this franchise and the standard of quality/service that they uphold!“

“Awesome hot chicken restaurant. I only came here because I used to watch Houston Crosta's videos on Youtube. Didn't really like him but really just wanted to see what this place was like. It's really nicely decorated inside, nice atmosphere and everything. The employees were incredibly nice, and not in a forced way. I was worried because no one was in there at 1 PM. The sandwich I got impressed me. Probably legit one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I loved the seasoning, need to find out what's in it.

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Stopped in for a quick easy dinner for my finance and myself, we got the Meatloaf and the “KFC” Bowl and WOW, the meatloaf is so insanely good and the bowl is also delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, the owner/staff are so warm, welcoming and the prices are reasonable. Don’t sleep on this little restaurant!!“

“This Chicken shack is clean and well-staffed. They are professional people who remember their customers and they're friendly and efficient. The chicken was great- hot and crispy and juicy inside. They made the potatoes for us with no butter and offered butter on the side which has never happened at the Chicken Shack we usually go to. I would have given it a five-star if the app or the website had worked but you have to receive a code in order to see the menu and after multiple multiple multiple tries I couldn't get in. So based on the food the service and the atmosphere it should be five stars“

“I had a lovely experience placing a walk in order here. Chicken, fish, ribs, and potatoes and mushrooms.

It took a little less than ten minutes from when I placed the order to be out the door, which was great, and the cashier was extremely personable and had a warm attitude.

The single minor complaint I would levy is the potatoes and mushrooms felt undersalted, but I like a lot of salt. That may just be me.“
