“We catered a large order from this store for a grad party. They did a fantastic job in having the food ready on time and were very courteous. They were detail oriented and provided associated condiments.

Most importantly, the sliders were an overwhelming hit. People kept coming for them and even took them home. The sauce is particularly popular.

I would highly recommend them for small and large orders. It’s like chick fillet with a kick for young people.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“This Chicken shack is clean and well-staffed. They are professional people who remember their customers and they're friendly and efficient. The chicken was great- hot and crispy and juicy inside. They made the potatoes for us with no butter and offered butter on the side which has never happened at the Chicken Shack we usually go to. I would have given it a five-star if the app or the website had worked but you have to receive a code in order to see the menu and after multiple multiple multiple tries I couldn't get in. So based on the food the service and the atmosphere it should be five stars“

“David the manager is great, I made an order, but had to change it last minute, because I was having more people than I expected at my house for dinner. David changed my order with no issues and told me it would be about another 8 minute wait. I said "No problem" because I understand I made the change of order. While waiting I sat and listened to the crew talking and communicating orders and a little personal talk, the communication between employees was nice and not offensive, which I find rare waiting for orders at food places these days. My food was piping hot when I got it and I had a really good experience at this location. The workers are great and work very well as a team to make sure customers get there orders right and with quality.“

“I went in to get a pick up order that was ready but the two cashier were literally leaning on the counter watching the cook for about 10 minutes in a store that wasn’t crowded. “The place meeds better cooling for the workers. It was hot in there. I say great work by them considering the temperature. They deserve raises. The cashier and cooks are fast and the food was great. Best locations are in Royal Oak. 11 mile and the one on woodward. Both great. Not Southfield.“

“The food at KFC is very yummy. I even went there today! I get chicken tenders, French fries, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. My brother there gets everything I get, but he gets something I don’t get—a biscuit which he thinks is very yummy! My favorite foods there is the chicken tenders, mac & cheese, and I really really love the French fries there. I also have KFC Barbecue Sauce in my fridge from the first time I got KFC which was ordered to my house from DoorDash which was on July 27, 2024. “I love these people. I live two minutes away from vandkye location but I’ll drive out my way to get here mainly because they use white meat in the pot pie the other store manger told me himself that he use whatever meat he has leftover in the pot pie and taste gross 🤮
