The cake wasn't too sweet but instead a more subtle taste (my favorite), tasted like the actual fruit in its name, and had the fruit in it. The honey lavendar has a stronger taste of sweetness and lavendar. Get it iced. The tiramisu latte we got hot and it was also not sweet and a more subtle tiramisu taste. The cake slices were $6-$7 a slice. The lattes $5-$5.50. Reasonable prices. The service was great. There is a nice seating area inside and outside. Our favorite cafe/bakery place in Troy. Will come again.“

They can add a small sticker for a ily, hbd, best wishes, things like that. The cafe has an amazing aesthetic and a decent amount of seating both inside and outside. It was cool to see bread being rolled and hand made thru the window, it is clear that bread is being made fresh and daily and this bakery has that artisan feel to it. There is a great variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and drinks that this location offers. I tried a carrot cake croissant and it was unique and very tasty! “We tried this bakery/cafe and the food was wonderful. I had a combo with chicken salad and slightly spicy tomato basil soup on the best grain bread and a delightful cinnamon oatmeal cookie. I could eat this every day and not get tired of it. I'll be in there every time I'm in the area to try different things, but I'm sure most of the time it will be chicken salad and tomato basil. “Bakery is small inside but the aroma is enticing!Selection of your common Cantonese buns, both plain and with fillings such as coconut, custard, bbq pork, pineapple, red bean ... to other sorts of pastries, egg and Portuguese tarts, cakes, fried savory dumplings and white sugar sponge cake among a few more.Review of few of the items purchased today, the custard and Danish bun, as labeled on the case.The texture and taste of the bread is good and soft with a slight sweetness. However, there is little to no filling. What did I pay for? The custard bun is almost nonexistent. You can see a very light layer and almost hollow inside. The Danish bun top layer on the outside was flaky and flavorful but the custard inside of this one was not for me.I would say that the the egg tarts are pretty good, as well as the fried savory dumpling 咸水角 like pastry.“
“I came here to support a local women owned business for women's history month. It's a small bakery in downtown Rochester Hills located in the alley behind Main Street. Staff were friendly and helpful. I picked out a few treats to share with my women's group. I got a few treats for myself and I definitely want to come back and try some other items. I got a pistachio eclair. It was good but the inside cream was a little runny side. I would have liked to taste more of the cream but it all dripped out each time I bit into it. When I was considering who to go through for our wedding cake, Mannino's was the obvious choice! I don't have very many photos since we are still waiting to get them back from the photographer. We ordered a small, 1-tier cake just for my husband and I to eat, and 170 cannoli for the rest of our wedding guests. We had half with chocolate chips, and half with nuts. Chrissy, the owner, is the most accommodating and easiest person to work with and she made great suggestions. I ordered five dozen cupcakes, all different flavors with each dozen having a different filling. Even at a last minute request, she changed the filling in some of the cupcakes for me. They were all outstanding! Everyone was commenting, how delicious the buttercream frosting was, and how beautiful they were. And use it for their own bread and resell it. So next time you order a sub from your favorite places look at the bread it's the same as tringali's. “This is honestly my favorite coffee spot. Wonderful pastries, lovely coffee and atmosphere. However, this morning I had a strange experience— got my usual order (honey lavender latte), but it tasted burnt and like there was no syrup in it at all (totally not a typical experience there, btw). With anxiety coursing through my veins, I gathered the courage to ask for my latte to be remade, which I have never done, and hate doing. The woman at the register gave me a suspicious look, almost like I was trying to pull a fast one, or steal something even though I was handing her the full cup of coffee to be replaced. Just very hesitant to adhere to such a request. It made me feel ridiculous for even asking... Instead, a barista, who was absolutely lovely, approached me and kindly offered to remake it for me. It was delicious. I was thankful for her willingness to interject into that conversation and help out (even though she was already incredibly busy and working her tail off.) All-in-all though, my experience with the woman at the register made me feel yucky and unvalued, as someone who very regularly spends $7.50 on a coffee there.“
