“The OG Chicken Sandwich is awesome! Love the pickles! The manager in Fort Myers came over and sat with me. They fed 1000's of people who were affected and left homeless by Hurricane Ian for free! They now have small steaks and sliders in addition to the regular menu. If you don't like spicy order the sauce on the side!“

Took 25 minutes to get our dine-in order that was placed by the kiosk as no one came toward the register after we stood for nearly 2 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked for cups so that we could get our drinks.
For those of us that would rather not have the bun, please offer ‘No Bun’ and maybe a fork. Thank you.“

“They have great customer service, and the food is typical fast food. The A&W rootbeer keeps me coming back.

Parking: The parking can be rather cramped. I try to avoid going here during busy times. If you have a large truck or a work truck, good luck getting in and out during their busy times.“

“I live near the Arbys on 5 mile on Plymouth/northville line and went there. drive thru light was on at 9:30 but they said they were closed. I had been in hospital for 2 weeks and wanted arbys so we went across town to this location, dine in. food was fantastic as was staff! one staff member (Jonathan I believe) was cleaning the dining room and I apologized for being there late and he was very kind and said it was no problem and had a conversation with us. over hearing about my leaving hospital that day another staff member (didn't get her name) offered me a free dessert to celebrate! I didn't take her up on her offer as i was so stuffed! haha but it was just so sweet and unexpected and the food was so yummy after 2 weeks of hospital blandness. thanks arbys!“

“This is the first time I've ever done the White Castle Valentine's experience, and I honestly loved it. Cute, fun, and a little cheesy, but in a wholesome and endearing way. Food was what you'd expect from White Castle, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I used to visit Arby's at least once a week and when they took the potato cakes away I've been there maybe 6 times in all those years. Anyway they were made fresh and were AMAZING! The gentleman that took care of me was probably the best customer service I've had in fast food in YEARS!! Wish I could remember his name so I could give him a shout out.“

“The food was good, even though they did not offer what I was looking for, the breakfast bowl. They only offer sandwiches, fruit cups, minis, and more. The spicy breakfast biscuit was pretty tasty, and I always have concerns for airport pricing, but the difference between an entree and meal is 5 dollars. That to me is outrageous even for an airport. But no other concerns otherwise. They open at 3:45 AM, so they are good for anybody with early flights.“

They barely even mixed it and I didn't know it was green dye/syrup squirted in the blizzard until they handed us our order and the dye was squirted on top.“

“I give this place a 11 out of 10 🤤 The Steak portobello sandwich with the rosemary Parmesan bread is absolutely amazing; they made it perfectly. The right seasoning to meat to vegetable to cheese to bread ratio. The bread had a nice crunch yet softness to it; no complaints whatsoever. I also added jalapeños and they set the sandwich off! “My experience was good cashier was awesome there was a problem with food it wasn't made how I asked and I had to pay extra for add on I got to my destination and food was wrong I called back and got yelled at told I didn't order from that location although I was holding receipt in my hand after she stop yelling and started listening problem resolved I understand being busy but customer service from the manager is horrible I pride myself on treating people how I like to be treated and I felt as if I were 2yrs old getting scolded for ordering my food how I like it and paying for it“

“Who reviews a Mc Donald’s? For the past 20 years it’s just been a last resort quick pit stop for food. I live downriver and the quality of the franchises there has been terrible. So much so I try to avoid Mc Donald’s as much as possible. However I stopped at this location a few weeks ago and the food was fresh and tasty. Not quite like the Mc Donald’s of the 90’s that I loved but pretty dang close. The fries were perfectly cooked. Not overdone nor over salted. Like someone said in another comment they must regularly change the fryer oil because the fries were great!!

I was so impressed that I have been craving them for weeks. I figured it was a fluke. No way is it going to be great twice in a row. I was wrong. I’m sitting here now completely satisfied with my order and how it was prepared. Now I can’t speak to the level of service because I ordered on the app and just waited until they called my number. No real interaction with anybody. But whoever is managing that kitchen is doing it right and the staff is following the lead. It appears that there is a good team effort going on here. I look forward to my third visit.

For the record I probably drive past at least a dozen Mc Donald’s locations to come to this one. But this one will be my go to location when I have the craving for some “good” Mc Donald’s.“
