It is pure lobster w no filler..no mayo, celery…nothing but lobster! The fries are outstanding as well. We have dined here several times over the last year and it never disappoints!“

“I had not been to this Mitchell's (Livonia) in 10 years. I used to wine and dine doctors at this place back in the day as I was a director of a hospice. I came here for my birthday (Dec. 23) celebration with about 20 plus family and friends. The manager was kind enough to give us the back room because they were so busy. Staff was fine. service was OK. Everybody complained about the food. There were many reviews on Google that are now hard to believe. It makes you think they were bought and paid for by the home team. I had the market trio. I paid $38 expecting to have a nice piece of salmon, some shrimp and a crab cake. There was nothing good on this plate. I believed I was served a 2 or 3 oz portion of salmon that was overcooked. It taste like wood. A soggy crab cake probably from the freezer-burned corn. Bland shrimp that was very tough (overcooked) and the mashed potatoes had loose pieces of potato skin in them. I guess some people like that taste. I don't. I know the skin is the healthiest part of the potato, but this is definitely not being marketed as a healthy meal. My wife is a picky eater and only came because I like seafood. She's allergic to tomatoes so there wasn't much she could eat. We ordered chicken tenders for my 4 year old grandbaby. My wife order one for herself. The kid's meal was $9 and the adult version (which is not on the menu) was $17 for the exact same portion! The calamari had no flavor. Even with the sauces they provided it was just OK-- definitely more batter than Calamari. The white Moscato was delicious and the Carrot Cake was the best I ever had! All together plus the gratuity was $172 and paying it felt like I was being robbed. That is mainly because I could think of 5 restaurants in metro Detroit that I could have gone to for that price and had an awesome dining experience. I don't mind paying for quality, but this was ridiculous!“

“My guy and I came here for our 6th anniversary dinner. It was recommended to us so we gave it a try. OMG were we impressed!!! The food was delicious and our service was fantastic. Everything we ate we couldn’t stop talking about it. From the shrimp crab cake appetizer to the soups to our entrees. He got the New York strip I got the Alaskan king salmon. There was not much left of the plates afterwards. The atmosphere was really awesome. We were so well taken care of. Our server (Sara or Samantha? I’m terrible with names) but she was so sweet and attentive. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!!! Thanks for a wonderful date night!“

“Hello, so I made a special trip from Northville to your restaurant for the first time! The gentleman that greeted me and took my order was very friendly! I ordered the jerk chicken, jasmine rice and greens! My food was really good! I will definitely be back to try his ribs with his special sauce. Oh and I got my sorrel juice. Let’s see how that works. “The chicken was really delicious. There are a lot of stuffed animals at this place, which is a little odd, but they have a lot of modern decoration elements as well. Lovely grotto patio, wine display, and private event space. Again, the chicken was so well prepared, very flavorful, moist, and a considerable portion.“

I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

“Ordered a OG, a large round pepperoni pizza with butter crust. There was a lot of pepperonis, so if you aren’t a huge pepperoni person, maybe ask for less pepperoni. I probably would order it again, but with butter cheese crust the next time.

The garlic mozzarella bread sticks were pretty good, although a little dry. Wish they were a little more cheesy. Most definitely would put Primos as a top 10.“

“This was an anniversary dinner for us. Everyone acknowledged that and congratulated us. The wait staff, especially Sam, were outstanding. The food was fantastic. We were visited by no less than 3 people other than the wait staff asking if everything was to our satisfaction. That level of customer service seems unheard of any longer. It was much appreciated. “I visited No. Six Prime to celebrate a birthday. The food was good and the atmosphere was very nice. The server was okay-but what I did not like was that he charged me for a dessert that I did not request.

At the top of the evening, he inquired about the occasion for our visit. I told him we were there for a birthday. He politely said happy birthday and eventually took our orders. He served our appetizer, drinks, and food shortly thereafter. We ate and when he cleared our table, he brought a cheesecake. The birthday girl doesn't like cheesecake. But since he brought it, and because we thought it was complimentary, she decided to try it anyway. I happen to like cheesecake, so it wasn't going to go to waste. However, my bill showed a $15 dessert that I had NEVER asked for in the first place. I didn't make a fuss over it once I saw the bill, but while the food (and dessert) was pretty good overall-that misstep by the server left a bad taste in my mouth.“

My first experience was great server was attentive name started with like an R light skin young girl short and petite. I had the mini shrimp and grits and the fruit pebble pancake I loved both. Now the second visit wasn’t the best. Kinda felt like because the servers know grat is on the bill they don’t make an effort. Which that can be asked to be removed I’m just not petty and tip anyway. I over tipped my first visit knowing that it was on the bill I left more because I enjoyed myself. Second time I wasn’t moved to do so. Ordered the mini catfish and grits and the grits tasted burnt sent it back and pretty much same thing. They were good but you could tell the batch had been burned in the pot at the bottom. Also that’s not catfish being served. As a person who does this for a living right away cut into the fish I knew it was cod or something. Catfish isn’t layers of flaky fish and normally a slight curve on the end of the filet. I didn’t appreciate false advertising on the fish just tell the truth and for the price the fish portion was terrible. The wings were still bloody with the waffles and chicken ate around it praying didn’t even want to say anything else. The tenders were good slightly dry but server barely came over and didn’t ask if we needed anything but we wanted hot sauce. Now the waffles we tried the strawberry cheesecake and banana split LOVED it! Amazing!!!! Mimosa flight also really good and good flavors. Server just really didn’t do her best and seemed annoyed we sent the dish back which we rarely do because we know how food cost can be. Was served the same ones that were sent back they just put more of that yellow sauce to try and hide the taste. I love that this is black owned it’s fairly new so improvements I’m sure will happen. Seems like it just depends on the cook in the back. I’ll go back and update my review if needed. Prices are high but that’s for a certain clientele I wouldn’t mind it if the food matched more be prepared with some money. 2 ppl about $150“
