18 Best Mediterranean Restaurants near Woodhaven

“So delicious! I went last month in person and staff was so friendly, the bowl I got was amazing. I'm pregnant so I get really nervous to order on door dash, because quality usually goes down when you do. I ordered tonight on door dash and it was just as good, if not better, than when I went in person! Fresh and delicious flavor for a chain place especially. You can tell there are great managers / ownership 😊“

“Between doctor appointments, a friend & I had lunch at Olga’s Kitchen, located in Woodhaven, MI, yesterday. The food was really good & Sabrina, our server was excellent. We received some of the best service I have ever had and I wanted to recognize her. Sabrina was very personable and very, very attentive to our needs. Due to illness I am unable to get out very often and she made this a most enjoyable Olga’s’ experience. Thank you Sabrina, are an asset to your employer!“

“If you go to a different Mediterranean restaurant in the area... you are wasting your money! This place has the BEST food and the BEST price hands down. The service is always professional, polite, and coming from a place of really caring about the community and the product they put out. The rice with almonds is amazing. Every time I order a Chicken Kabob I wish I had ordered two because they are so good. Thanks for serving the Downriver community Pita-to-Go!“

“I've been to this place 3 times, tried 3 different items, and each time the food was excellent. This is not fast food. You can tell they use fresh high quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place.“

“This restaurant is consistently flooded with take-out orders all day and evening. We favor their Greek Salad and Deboned Chicken Platter. The food is as healthy and fresh as can be. We estimate that we have ordered from Alex Kabob around 50 times. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes to pick up because of the demand.“

“Amazing!!!!“

“We wanted to try this place .pass by it every day on Van Born Well We Did and are very Satisfied. Was a Tasty Meal.“

“Great Food and friendly staff!“

“The chicken shawarma is delicious! They offer their chicken shawarma on pita AND French bread. The French bread is so fresh and delicious, omg! How am I just finding this place out when I live right in Allen Park?!“

“Best food, friendly family run business, I highly recommend you check out the Shawarma ❤️“

“I had breakfast at Nanas kitchen this morning. After eating, talking with company I noticed the cook wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food. He handled bacon, wiped his hands on his apron, proceeded to grab his phone and coffee and talking to customers. Not washing hands before returning to handling food. Another cook also started, no gloves, while grabbing bacon, pile of hash browns with 2 hands, in-between grabbing the trashcan from under the counter. The service and food was good but seeing the above grossed me out. Waitress was told but, said she would say something but I continued watching the cook handling food with no gloves until we left.“

“I missed the food, Hope you will have a branch in West Houston Tx.“

“I meet my book club here every 3 months and we stay for 3+ hours. We have never felt rushed. The service is always friendly and quick. The food ia always good and prices are reasonable. Book club talks about meeting somewhere else but we keep going back because it is a good experience there.“

“Went there for lunch today. They were super short staffed, but other than the wait for the table, you couldn't tell. The wait-staff was amazing, even if there was only THREE for the whole place. The manager Katelyn (spelling?) did a great job setting expectations on arrival about wait times and was just over all pleasant. Thanks again!!!“

“Great food, hidden gem in Flat Rock“

“Olga's used to be one of our favorites but unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Our service or server was very slow tonight (sandwiches out before soup & salad) and we were never offered refills on our drinks. We asked for no tomatoes and they were on both sandwiches. The snackers are one of our favorite items and they were hard as a rock. Very disappointing...“
