“We love its food . People are very nice and welcoming. Food it’s delicious, healthy and halal. It’s fresh and fast. They have Dubai chocolate too and some dessert.
I recommend it

Parking: Small parking lot but not close so definitely you will find a place. And it’s inside a plaza . No worries about parking.“

“I LOVE this place. As a public servant, I often eat here as it is right down the road from Joe's. They are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS accommodate if I want to try something unusual (although I usually order the chicken Schwarma extra sauce....can't go wrong!!) and once a couple years back I had paid for my food and got called out for an emergency & someone came running out to the parking lot and vaulted my Schwarma through my ambulance window. I am a customer for life. ♥️“

“I did a meal train order for a friend. I called with so many questions, but they were patient with me and answered all of my questions. I placed a same day Catering order. Not only did they say "yes" to the order but they also cooked everything just before pick up for maximum freshness and so it was hot. They helped me bring to the car and they checked for every item before I left. That food was SO SO GOOD!! My friend and her family asked for the location so they can order again. Thank you all so much for the amazing service and amazing food!

“Six people for dinner on a crowded Friday night before a big game the next day. Calarmari and Brussels sprouts appetizers were excellent. Everyone enjoyed the entrees: lasagna, kefta kebob, branzino. The paella at the next table looked wonderful and we briefly considered whether we should have ordered it instead, even though we all were quite happy with our choices. Our server was excellent. She was attentive and efficient while carefully not intruding on our lively ongoing conversation. When we arrived, the background music was too loud and bordered on pop but was turned down very soon as the restaurant filled up, and remained softly in the background for the rest of the night.“

“This was our first time in and we tried two cold salads - the Royal Fusion and Kick n' Fresca. Both were fresh and delicious, and we really enjoyed the sweet chili dressing. “Spiedo is putting out the most exciting, innovative, and (most importantly) delicious food in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant for a casual dinner (or a great lunch). I cannot express enough how thoughtful their food is.

Spiedo does rotating menus of wraps, rice bowls, and sides. The wraps and rice bowls are amazing (the spicy pork, walleye, chicken, kielbasa, and spicy tofu are all really, really great. The falafel’s the only one I’d forgo for the others).

As good as the main dishes are, the sides are even better. The farmer’s cheese is amazing. They had a lemon chicken rice soup for a while that was one of the best soups I’ve ever had. Other ones I’ve loved from past and current menu rotations are the roasted cabbage, griddled potatoes, eggplant, phkali (carrot puree) dip, smashed cucumber, and heirloom tomato. It’s hard to go wrong with the sides - I suggest you prioritize them when deciding what to order. The creativity is just phenomenal - dishes are packed with fresh herbs, lots of texture, and flavor combinations that work very well.

The chocolate tahini milkshake is amazing as well.

“The falafel is absolutely amazing! I have traveled a great distance to get a decent falafel and I no longer have to travel to Dearborn Heights Michigan to get my falafel. I can come right here to Baba Dari! Also, the container that they use to put our food in is made out of compostable material and the lid is made out of plants not petroleum plastics! I am in love with Baba Dari, Mediterranean Grill and I can’t wait to try everything on the menu!?♥️✌?“

“Old school neighborhood diner on the east side of Ann Arbor. Achilles has become my go to place for breakfast in my brief time residing in Ann Arbor. The Servers are exceptional! Hopefully the owner permits staff to give me their wifi password one day.“

“First time ever Eating pita king, the experience was amazing. I had one of them roll up cashew snacks for the first time very very delicious also I purchased two chicken Shawarma with just garlic and pickles Portion size was bigger than normal, but not complaining great season to food. Clean,service was fast, Reasonable pricing, The Gorgeous woman behind the counter was very polite and nice They also had lentil soup I really wanted to try it, but I have not and I will be going back to do so. Thank you so much For the great experience, loved the food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Alright, this place has good service (nothing special on the service end), prices I thought were pricy UNTIL I got the amount of food I did. DAMN did I get food, I forgot to take a picture. I got a gyro bowl, I could eat it in 3 meals maybe. A normal person probably 2 meals. The food is very very good, super fresh, flavorful, VERY GOOD.

Now, the only downside, is the tables were dirty and the floor was dirty. The kitchen looked very clean and it smelled very clean just the floors and tables. They also didn’t have good water. We asked for a cup of water and it had fruit punch mixed in it.

But overall I would go back for sure! Maybe just carry out instead!“

“Loved just about everything about the place. It is on the top (4th) floor of the League right next door to Hill Auditorium on the UM campus. There is an elevator. In an older bldg, the price was right (180.00/night includ. tax) and included tea/coffee all day and a mini breakfast starting at 8PM. The breakfast was juice, yogurt and package bagels with cream cheese. Would really be nice to have a toaster. The room and bed was comfy but would have liked a toilet lid, I was always afraid I would accidentally drop something in the toilet. The reception desk is manned by student workers. Would stay there again.“
